Do kastrolika dame 3 pl oleja a oprazime na nom ( cca 10 minut) cibulu.\u00a0 Pridame mrkvu, orestujeme spolu a podlejeme trochou vody. Dame pod pokrievku a cibulu dusime cca 30\u00a0 minut. Pocas dusenia mozeme podlievat, ale len nevyhnutnym mnozstvom vody tak, aby sa cibula nepriliepala ku dnu. Za ziadnu cenu nedovolime, aby cibula prihorela. Po uduseni pridame este lyzicku cukru a vymiesame, kym sa neroztopi. Hotova cibula je hneda&#8230;.ziaden strach..tak to ma vyzerat&#8230;.<br \/>\nMaso pokrajame na kusky a v hrnci rozohrejeme olej. Maso opecieme zo vsetkych stran do tmavozlata. Dusime na slabom zdroji tepla,\u00a0 kym nie je maso makke ako dusa. \ud83d\ude42 Mne to trvalo slabe dve hodiny. Pocas dusenia som este raz doliala cervene vino.<br \/>\nNa zaver som este dosolila.
