Nasypala som m\u00faku,\u00a0 do rohu som nasypala cukor a do rohu oproti , som zahrabala do m\u00faky, pol ly\u017ei\u010dky soli.\u00a0 V troske tepl\u00e9ho mlieka som rozmrvila dro\u017edie a vymie\u0161ala do rozpustenia. Drozdie som vyliala na cukor.<br \/>\nV priebehu \u010dasu, som za\u010dala robi\u0165 kv\u00e1sok po mojom starom sp\u00f4sobe. Odoberiem 100 ml mlieka z toho objemu, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1m pripraven\u00fd, ohrejem ho aby bolo letn\u00e9, prid\u00e1m cel\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek su\u0161en\u00e9ho dro\u017edia Dr.Oetker, ly\u017ei\u010dku cukru a nech\u00e1m speni\u0165. Takto pripraven\u00fd kv\u00e1sok vylejem do pek\u00e1rne.<br \/>\nZapneme program *cesto* a nech\u00e1me pek\u00e1re\u0148 aby n\u00e1m vymiesila pru\u017en\u00e9 cesto .<br \/>\nV prvej f\u00e1ze miesenia cesta d\u00e1vame ob\u010das pozor, aby sme zhodnotili, \u010di treba cesto doriedi\u0165 mliekom, alebo zahusti\u0165 m\u00fakou.<br \/>\nKe\u010f je cesto vymie\u0161an\u00e9, tak pek\u00e1re\u0148 je pripraven\u00e1 za\u010da\u0165 cesto nahrieva\u0165 aby vykyslo.<br \/>\nMy jej to nedovol\u00edme a cesto vyberieme a pek\u00e1re\u0148 vypneme.<br \/>\nAk nem\u00e1me pek\u00e1re\u0148, cesto urob\u00edme norm\u00e1lne ru\u010dne.<br \/>\nZ nevykysnut\u00e9ho cesta , vyva\u013ek\u00e1me pl\u00e1t.<br \/>\nPokryjeme ho polovicou postr\u00fahan\u00e9ho masla a zemiakov. Zemiaky str\u00fahame na malej slzi\u010dke, maslo sta\u010d\u00ed aj na ve\u013ekej.<br \/>\nJa som bola leniv\u00e1 a postr\u00fahala som zemiak na ve\u013ekej . Povrch prejdeme rovnomerne vidli\u010dkou, aby sme urobili tak\u00e9 mal\u00e9 br\u00e1zdi\u010dky.<br \/>\nKolieskom vykrajujeme pag\u00e1\u010diky.<br \/>\nNa plech d\u00e1me papier na pe\u010denie a pouklad\u00e1me pag\u00e1\u010diky.<br \/>\nMal\u00fa \u010das\u0165 roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9ho vaj\u00ed\u010dka nariedime vodou.
