Pridame podrvene paradajky, premiesame a podlejeme vinom, pridame nasekanu petrzlenovu vniatku a prelisujeme cesnak.<\/p>\n<p>Za podlievania bielym vinom dusime kym maso nebude makke.<br \/>\nPripravime si besamel : v hlbsom kastroliku si rozpustime dobre dve lyzice masla, pridame k nemu cca 5 pl hladkej muky, tak aby pobrala uplne vsetko maslo , prilejeme mlieko a na plameni slahame metlickou, aby sa nam muka s maslom pekne rozisla v mlieku, miesame do zhustnutia&#8230;zmes by mala mat konzistenciu priblizne ako uvareny puding.<br \/>\nDo besamelu zamiesame\u00a0 podla chuti sol. Nechame ho na chladnejsom mieste chladnut aspon 10 min.<br \/>\nPodla navodu na obale uvarime makarony, scedime a do horucich dame orech masla. nechame pod pokrievkou rozpustit a poriadne premiesame.<br \/>\nZapekaciu misu dokladne vymazeme maslom. na spodok dame vrstvu makaronov, presypeme struhanym syrom, vylejeme masovu zmes, presypeme struhanym syrom a nakoniec pride druha polovica makaranov, presypeme struhanym syrom. Do prechladnuteho besamelu vklepneme cele vajce a vymiesame.
