Do mal\u00e9ho kastr\u00f3lika rozohrejeme 1 polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu oleja a ry\u017eu na \u0148om popra\u017e\u00edme. Zalejeme dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fdm mno\u017estvom vody, ako je ry\u017ee, d\u00e1me mal\u00fa k\u00e1vov\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku soli, 1 o\u0161\u00fapan\u00fa \u0161alotku\u00a0 Privedieme do varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a d\u00e1me zdroj tepla na najmen\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148. Tak cca o 10 min\u00fat by mala by\u0165 ry\u017ea hotov\u00e1.)<\/p>\n<p>Cibu\u013eu nasek\u00e1me a polovicu minieme pri dusen\u00ed kapusty.<br \/>\nKapustu\u00a0 , ak je ve\u013emi kysl\u00e1, premyjeme, poprekrajujeme ju na drobno, aby n\u00e1m nevisela z \u00fast<br \/>\nNa panvicu d\u00e1me dve polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice oleja a cukor, mie\u0161ame k\u00fdm sa neroztop\u00ed cukor. Prid\u00e1me\u00a0 cibu\u013eu, porestujeme ju a prid\u00e1me kapustu. Posol\u00edme ho, okoren\u00edme \u010derstvo mlet\u00fdm koren\u00edm.<br \/>\nAk nem\u00e1te ru\u010dn\u00fd mlyn\u010dek na korenie, rozhodne si ho zaobstarajte. \u010cerstvo mlet\u00e9 korenie je o desa\u0165 tried chutnej\u0161ie, ako to namlet\u00e9 v v s\u00e1\u010dkoch z obchodov.
