Pridame plechovku drvenych paradajok, lyzicu cukru. Pridame ocot a par kvapiek worchestru. Privedieme do varu, stisime zdroj tepla na najmensie, prikryjeme pokrievkou a nechame bublat do zhustnutia&#8230;.co ja viem&#8230;.nejaku polhodinu. Ja som zabudla stisit zdroj tepla, takze\u00a0 som to mala do 10 minut. Nastastie som to robila v hrnci s porcelanovym dnom a tak mi to neprihorelo, takze na intenzitu plamena pozor.<br \/>\nNa zaver si to este popripade dosolte.<br \/>\nDo mixeru dame vajce, hrst kyticu byliniek, platok cerstveho chleba (cca 25g), par lyzic vina, cibulu a cesnak. Znovu premiesame.<br \/>\nMaso rozdelime na 12 guliciek a vytvarujeme ich okolo spajdli do valceka, ktory trosku splostime. Duty chlieb pita som\u00a0 vlozila do mikrotenoveho sacku a na 15 sekund som ho ohriala v mikrovlnke. Vnutro chleba som vytrela cervenou omackou a vlozila do neho zmes zeleniny.<br \/>\nNetusim ci, na Slovensku predavaju pita chlieba&#8230;nikdy som ho tam nehladala&#8230;predpokladam, ze urcite ano.
