Nechame ich vychladnut a nastruhame na malej slzicke.<\/p>\n<p>Vajce rozslahame a polovicku vlejeme k nastruhanym zemiakom. K zemiakom pridame muku, sol a rychle vypracujeme v mise makke cesto.<br \/>\nCesto som rozdelila na 7 casti a vymodelovala z nich valceky (asi 8 cm dlhe).<br \/>\nSyr nakrajame na hranolceky\u00a0 1&#215;1 x 6 cm.<br \/>\nHranolceky syra dobre zatlacime do krokety a a uzatvorime ho zo vsetkych stran zemiakovym cestom.
