Dobry Manzel si nestazoval.\u00a0 Do kolacov davam zavarane ceresne a toto bolo druhykrat, ked som davala cerstve a ta chut ma neoslovila.\u00a0 Akurat som na to zabudla a preto som znovu pouzila cerstve. Ak chcete pouzit aj alkohol, tak ho zemiesame k cereseniam. Ja som mala ceresnovy liker a tak sa mi zdali potom tie ceresne strasne sladke. Takze kludne ten cukor vynechajte v pripade ak pouzijete liker.<\/p>\n<p>Ceresne odlozime do chladnicky aspon na hodinu.<\/p>\n<p>Studene maslo nakrajame na mensie kocky, nasypeme k nemu praskovy cukor, muku a vajce.<br \/>\nZo surovin vypracujeme cesto. Pracujeme velmi rychle.\u00a0 Cesto zabalime a nechame ho zabalene v sacku odpocivat v chladnicke\u00a0 aspon pol hodinu.<br \/>\nCesto sa ma vyvalkat a prelozit do formy. Ja to skratka nedokazem urobit tak , aby som to cesto prelozila v celku.\u00a0 Uz som rezignovala a tak jednoducho len kusy cesta vyvalkam a kladiem ich do vymazanej a vysypanej formy a vo forme ich zlahka spojim malym valcekom, alebo valkam len hrncekom. Na kolac polozime papier na pecenie a vysypeme nan nejaku suchu strukovinu. Vysypte kludne aj velky hrncek&#8230;.respektive tolko kolko mate.<\/p>\n<p>Takto pripravene cesto dame piect na 20 minut. Potom dame dolu papier so strukovinou a nechame dopiect do zlatej farby. Ja som dopekala v mojej plynovej asi 5 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Do mletych orieskov (alebo olupanych mandli), pridame tri vajcia, trstinovy cukor, citronovu koru, smotanu, rozpustene maslo. Premiesame a pridame ceresne aj so stavou , ktoru pustili. Tuto riedku napln vlejeme do upeceneho korpusu.<br \/>\nTu mi nastali mensie problemy. Do kremu som omylom rozbila 4 vajcia, takze som musela nastavovat dalsimi orieskami a tak som mala toho kremu viac. No a robila som kolac v okruhlej forme, ktora ma priemer 26 cm, takze som tej riedkej naplne mala vela a nezmestila sa mi do kolaca. Ostalo mi z nej dobrych 10 lyzic a kolac bol uplne preplneny&#8230;.tolko k mojim trampotam.<br \/>\nKolac dame piect asi na 40 minut., kym nie je povrch kolaca ztuhnuty. Ja som este pridala nejakych 5 minut.
