Pridame sol, gulicky korenia a varime nejake dve hodiny, kym nie je maso uplne makke. Uvarili sme fajny bravcovy vyvar, ktory zlejeme do ineho hrnca.<\/p>\n<p>Kym sa nam vari bravcovy vyvar, do ineho hrnca dame rozohriat mast, pridame preplachnute krupy, premiesame a zalejeme vodou, tak aby bola priblizne tri prsty nad krupami. Vodu privedieme k varu, stisime zdroj tepla, dame pod pokrievku a varime do makka. Trva to tak 40 az 45 minut. Ochutnajte&#8230;uvidite. Do vyvaru pridame jelitovy prejt (vytlaceny z crievka), majoranku, suseny zazvor a nechame prebublavat nejakych 10 minut. Respektive dovtedy, kym sa nam prejt uplne nespoji s vyvarom.
