Samozrejme&#8230;zrucnost, akou disponuje dama na tomto blogu, ja nikdy nikdy nikdy nedosiahnem. Ked vidim tie uhladne kocky, krajane pravdepodne laserovou technikou&#8230;.a porovnam ich s tymi mojimi&#8230;je mi do placu. Ale viete co? Oetker<\/p>\n<p><i>Cokoladova poleva :<br \/>\n150 g horka cokolada na varenie<br \/>\n4 PL olej<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Tuk a hruba muka na vymazanie plechu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Upecieme si piskot.<br \/>\nZ cukru odoberieme polovicu a druhu polovicu zmiesame s mukou, kakaom, praskom do peciva a stipkou soli.<br \/>\nBielka vyslahame s cukrom do tuheho snehu a po jednom do neho zaslahavame zltka.<br \/>\nSnehovu zmes zapracujeme do sypkych surovin.<br \/>\nPlech vymazeme maslom a vysypeme mukou. Do pripraveneho plechu vlejeme cesto\u00a0 a vlozime ho do vyhriatej rury na cca 180 stupnov. Moja plynova piekla asi 15 minut&#8230;vy sa riadte podla svojej.<br \/>\nUpeceny piskot v plechu nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nUvarime si sirup.<br \/>\nCukor zalejeme studenou vodou a nechame zvarit. Nechame vriet asi 10 minut.<br \/>\nEste horuci sirup vylejeme na\u00a0 vychladnuty piskot. Slahame poriadne.<br \/>\nOstatok mlieka dame spolu s cukrom varit. Ked sa zvari, tak odoberieme z neho par lyzic a zamiesame este do mucneho cesta. Toto cesto lejeme do horuceho mlieka a za staleho miesania metlickou , varime na stisenom zdroji tepla, kym nezhustne na kremovy puding. Tuto pudingovy hmotu prikryjeme potravinovou foliou, aby sa nam nevytvorila na nej kora a nechame uplne vychladnut.<br \/>\nMakke maslo poriadne rozslahame do penista a pomaly do neho zaslahavame mucny puding . Nakoniec\u00a0 do neho nakvapkame celu ampulku citronoveho extraktu a vsetko riadne preslahame.<br \/>\nKrem natrieme na piskot a nechame poriadne ztuhnut v chladnicke.<br \/>\nNad parou nechame v kastroliku roztopit cokoladu s olejom a vymiesame polevu.<br \/>\nPolevu nalejeme na povrch kremu a vsetko rozotrieme.
