Z bielok vyslaha makku penu a pridame do nich 100 g cukru. Doslahame na pevny sneh.<br \/>\nZltka so 100 g curku zlahka naslahame, pridame 4 lyzice teplej vody a doslahame do penista.<br \/>\nDo zltkovej zmesi pridame preosiatu muku, kakao, skrob, vymiesame a nakoniec zapracujeme tuhy sneh.<br \/>\nDo hlbokeho plechu vlozime papier na pecenie a prelozime do neho cesto. Cestro rozostrieme po celej ploche a povrch pomocou stierky uhladime.<br \/>\nPlech vlozime do vyhriatej rury na 180 stupnov a pecieme. Tvaroh zase vymiesame s mascarpone syrom a po vymiesani zapracujeme do neho zltkovu zmes.<br \/>\nSmotanu s 1 balickom vanilinoveho cukru a s 1 stuzovacom , vyslahame do tuhej slahacky.<br \/>\nSlahacku zapracujeme do mascarponoveho kremu.<br \/>\nAko vzdy, som mala problem. Tentokrat som mala priserne mokry tvaroh a bezmyslienkovite som ho pouzila aj s tou vodou. Mala som uplne riedky krem o ktorom som vedela, ze uz neztuhne. Nastastie som mala doma,\u00a0 citronovy pudingovy prasok bez varenia. Radsej by som bola keby bol vanilkovy, ale co uz. Ten krem som zahustila tym pudingovym praskom. Krem mi zhustol, akurat to amareto sa uplne stratilo a vznikol mi citronovy krem. Nebolo to vobec na skodu, ale ako pisem, v ten den som neratala s tym, ze upeciem citronovy kolac \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nHotovy krem rozdelim na tri casti a naplnim nim piskotove cesto.
