Nemozem si pomoct&#8230;ale tato plnka mi chuti najviac a pritom je mozno najjednoduchsia. Asi je to tym, ze som uplne prepadla <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=2183\" target=\"_blank\">pecenej zelenine<\/a> a ta plnka mi ju velmi pripomina. Cibulu nakrajame na velmi male kocky.<br \/>\nCo sa tyka mrkvy a petrzlenu, tak velkost kociek zavisi od toho, ci chceme aby sme mali stred rolady, po nakrajani strukturovany, alebo kompaktnejsi. Chut to nijako neovplyvni. Mozno keby bola mrkva trosicku vacsia, tak by to bolo farebne efektnejsie.<br \/>\nNa rozohriate maslo s olejom dame orestovat nakrajanu slaninu, pridame\u00a0 cibulu a\u00a0 nakoniec zeleninu. Posolime, okorenime a nechame dusit najviac 8 minut.<br \/>\nDo plnky zamiesame nasekanu petrzlenovu vnat.<\/p>\n<p>Z telacieho masa si pripravime plat masa. Robila som ho<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=1590\" target=\"_blank\"> tymto sposobom<\/a>.\u00a0 Maso som nemala vysoke, ako by som chcela, tak som krajala dosikma.<br \/>\nMaso prikryjeme foliou a naklepeme ho. Osolime a okorenime. Moja rolada nebola velka, tak som pouzila take silikonove pasy.<\/p>\n<p>Panvicu, s tukom po opekani zeleniny, rozohrejeme. Roladu opecieme zo vsetkych stran do tmavozlata a prelozime do maleho pekacika.<br \/>\nDo tuku po opekani vlejeme trosku horucej vody a vsetko prelejeme do pekacika k masu.<\/p>\n<p>Maso dobre utesnime, bud alobalom, alebo papierom na pecenie. Prikryte dame piect na cca 200 stupnov. Moja plynova rura piekla skoro dve hodiny.<br \/>\nRoladu vyberieme a odstranime ihlice a sietku.
