Huby som nekrajala, pretoze som si v obchode navyberala male hlavicky.<br \/>\nPrerastanu slaninu, nakrajame na hranolceky a vyskvarime ju na oleji. Pridame malicke kocky zltej cibule a orestujeme ju do zlata.<\/p>\n<p>Pridame huby, nasekanu stiplavu papricku (kludne vynechajte), zeler a petrzlen. Vsetko premiesame, orestujeme.<br \/>\nPosolime a pridame kari korenie. Podlejeme bielym vinom a pod pokrievkou dusime nejakych 5 minut.<br \/>\nV cca 150 ml vody rozmiesame do hladka, 1 zarovnanu lyzicu muky a vlejeme k zelenine. Nechame prevriet do zhustnutia a vypneme. Ochutname a popripade este dochutime solou.<br \/>\nCervenu cibulu nakrajame na tenke mesiaciky\u00a0 a petrzlenovu vnat nasekame.
