Aj ke\u010f les milujem, ja s nimi nechod\u00edm. Je to tak\u00e1 ich &#8222;z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165&#8220;.\u00a0 Dovle\u010d\u00fa ko\u0161e hr\u00edbov a potom sed\u00edme za stolom a \u010dist\u00edme .\u00a0 Tentokr\u00e1t priniesli, okrem klasiky aj\u00a0 stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea bedl\u00ed a \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3nov, tak\u017ee sa vypr\u00e1\u017eali hubov\u00e9 rezne a plnili mal\u00e9 klob\u00fa\u010diky. Vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 bedle a vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3ny som jedla asi len jedenkr\u00e1t v \u017eivote a bolo toho tak m\u00e1lo, \u017ee si to ani nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, ale kocky.<br \/>\nDo jedneho vajicka nakrajame na drobne kocky makku udeninu a zmes zahustime struhanym syrom a nasekanou petrzlenovou vnatou.<\/p>\n<p><a takze sme zmes na plnenie minuli uplne celu, ale pokial by nam zvysila, tak by sme zmes vyuizili napr. na hrianky.<br \/>\nOcistene klobuciky naplnime<\/p>\n<p><a casti hub, aby nam vznikli rezne.<br \/>\nMy sme mali takto pripravenych hub vela, takze sme ich vyprazali na plechu v rure. Bolo to vsetko naraz a minuli sme desatinu oleja, co by sme minuli, pri vyprazani na panvici.<br \/>\nPokial mate klobucikov malo a nevyplatilo by sa piect na plechu, tak rozohrejme olej na panvici a zacneme vyprazat, naplnenou castou nadol.\u00a0 Otocime ich a znizime stupen tepla a pomaly do zlata doprazime.<br \/>\nPlech vykropime olejom a rovnomerne papierovou servitkou rozotrieme po celej ploche. V ziadnom pripade tam olej nema plavat. Poukladame pripravene rezne a klobuciky a po povrchu ich pokropime este s troskou oleja.<br \/>\nDobra Svokra ma elektricku ruru a rozohriala som ju na 200 stupnov, plech som vlozila a piekla asi 10 minut, ked uz boli huby krasne tmavo zlate. Zemiaky s maslom nahrubo roztlacime a pridame do nich nakrajanu jarnu cibulku aj s vnatou. Mozeme pouzit aj cervenu cibulu. Klasicka mi pride prilis ostra, ale urobte si ako chcete.<br \/>\nZnovu zemiaky prikryjeme, aby sa cibulka uparila. Nakoniec vymiesame.<br \/>\nMysleli sme, ze mame pripravenych tolko hub, ze nakrmime s tym aj dalsich ludi&#8230;.no figu, sebecky som zakazala, aby sa tie huby vyniesli z kuchyne. Traja ludia sme ich jedli ci so zemiakmi, ci len tak a do vecera boli prec.\u00a0 Ja osobne som zistila, ze ked boli studene, tak chutili este lepsie ako horuce, pretoze omnoho viac vynikla hubova chut.
