Papriku o\u010distime, umyjeme a pokr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 kocky.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me papriku na cibu\u013eu, posol\u00edme a pod pokrievkou podus\u00edme tak na dve-tri min\u00fatky. Len aby sa akoby u\u013eahla.<br \/>\nKe\u010f nem\u00e1m paradajky, ktor\u00e9 su letn\u00e9 a nem\u00e1m istotu, \u017ee zreli vo\u013ene na slnku, tak z\u00e1sadne pou\u017e\u00edvam tie, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa zav\u00e1ran\u00e9 ,alebo pas\u00edrovan\u00e9. Niekde som \u010d\u00edtala anketu medzi svetov\u00fdmi kuch\u00e1rmi, ktor\u00ed hovorili, \u017ee to tak robia, preto\u017ee maj\u00fa istotu, \u017ee sa takto spracov\u00e1va \u00faroda, ktor\u00e1 je letn\u00e1.\u00a0 \u010ci je to pravda netu\u0161\u00edm, ale riadim sa t\u00fdm.<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee je pokro\u010dil\u00e1 jese\u0148, tak som pou\u017eila zav\u00e1ran\u00e9 paradajky, pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9 na kocky.<br \/>\nKeby som mala zrel\u00e9 paradajky, od n\u00e1s zo z\u00e1hrady, tak\u00a0 ich <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=577\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o\u0161\u00fapem<\/a> a nakr\u00e1jam tak\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fdch kusov.<br \/>\nParadajky d\u00e1me k paprike, premie\u0161ame a na miernom plameni\u00a0 dus\u00edme, dovtedy, k\u00fdm nie je paprika \u00faplne m\u00e4kk\u00e1.<br \/>\nUvaren\u00e9 le\u010do nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a ochut\u00edme so\u013eou.<br \/>\nDo mlet\u00fdch \u0161kvariek nasek\u00e1me nadrobno \u010derven\u00fa cibu\u013eu.\u00a0 Cez mre\u017eovan\u00e9 sitko pretla\u010d\u00edme vajcia a spolu s 3 pln\u00fdmi\u00a0 polievkov\u00fdmi ly\u017eicami\u00a0 hor\u010dice, ich d\u00e1me k \u0161kvark\u00e1m. Nakoniec prid\u00e1me vychladnut\u00fa zeleninu a v\u0161etko dobre vymie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nPosypeme\u00a0 \u010derstvo mlet\u00fdm koren\u00edm.<br \/>\nV na\u0161ej dom\u00e1cnosti, je \u010derstvo mlet\u00e9 korenie, celkom z\u00e1sadn\u00e1 pochutina, tak\u017ee som s nim ne\u0161etrila.
