Kyslu smotanu po tych rokoch uz zvladam. Ale v ramci zdietnovania nasho jedalnicku som zacala\u00a0 nahradzat smotanu, tucnym jogurtom. A jogurt je pre mna dost zlozity&#8230;aspon zatial.\u00a0 Ked som vcera robila rostenky Esterhazy, tak doslo ku katastrofe. Dobry Manzel je charakter&#8230;on by to neriesil a zjedol aj tie mliecne vlocky, miesto omacky a dobre by sa na tom pobavil&#8230;ale to takto predsa nejde. Akonahle najdem tu spravnu fintu, ako predchadzat zrazeniu jogurtu, tak ju napisem. Robila som to prvykrat, takze som nevedela, ci to nejako nezmeni chut pokrmu&#8230;..ja som ziaden rozdiel nezbadala. Mozno som mohla tej sody bikarbony pridat viac, ten pomer este nemam odskusany&#8230;toto je len taky navod ako zacat zachranovat jedlo.<br \/>\nNeviem ci sa mi to zdalo, ale mam pocit, ze omacka trochu zredla, ale v tom som si nie ista. Po tom ako sa vlocky\u00a0 *rozpustili* som uz mala len mlieko , dala som do omacky asi dve lyzice a na 1 bublinu nechala prevriet a konzistencia omacky sa este viac zlepsila. Keby som to mlieko rozslahala este s trochou muky, tak by to bolo uplne skvele&#8230;no..neurobila som to.
