Zije roky rokuce v Taliansku, precestovala cely svet, svojho talianskeho manzela vola laskyplnne *ruzicka* a je plne oddana svojej rodine. Jitka mi\u00a0 vie poradit , co sa tyka kuchyne, vo vsetkom. Fakticky ked sa na nu obratim\u00a0 s cimkolvek, tak sa mozem spolahnut, ze\u00a0 mi pomoze&#8230;. a nielen v kuchynskych zalezitostiach.\u00a0 Ako ostatne vsetky damske kamaratky s ktorymi sme si ludsky sadli.\u00a0 Viac hlav, viac pomoci, viac zabavy, viac strachu zo vselicoho. V poslednej dobe mavam vyrazne absencie, nejako mi to casove nevychadza&#8230; bohuzial na moju skodu. Raz som len tak nazrela a rec sa tocila okolo zemiakov&#8230;a Jitka nesklamala&#8230;.pisala&#8230;.&#8220;brambory v pisku&#8220;\u00a0 ty, kdyz vyndas z te varici vody das do misy, poolejujes, a posypes strouhankou smichanou s pokrajenym cesnekem a rozmarynem a tak dvema lzicema parmazanu, promichas, fknes na plech a peces do zruzoveni. Jsou takove krupave, to dela ta strouhanka a sejracek. Narychlo som si to hodila do wordu a cakala na prilezitost, kedy vyskusam. Rozmarin je pre chut tychto zemiakov absolutne zasadny.
