Tak som sa to snazila nejako zoslavnostnit. Fenikel sa mi povaloval v spajzke uz davnejsie, tak som ho pridala ako prilohu. Mozno tym, ze nie je jeho sezona, alebo stal dlhsie, tak nebol tak vyrazne pelendrekovy a po tepelnej uprave chutil uplne uzasne. Ked je v hranoloch, tak nepotrebujem panvicu, staci mi maly kastrolik a miniem omnoho menej oleja.<br \/>\nPokrajany syr obalujem v tenuckom platku sunky a obalim ho klasicky v trojoboale (hladka muka, rozslahane osolene vajce, struhanka) . Vyprazame do svetlozlata. Spodnu cast neodrezem, aby mi plat drzal pokope&#8230;..inak by sa rozpadol. Tatarku z vdakou odmietame.<\/p>\n<p>Salatovu uhorku osupeme a naplatkujeme. Premiesame a dochutime podla seba.<\/p>\n<p>No a vsetko nakoniec naskladame na tanier a\u00a0 papame. Keby som to jedla ja, tak by mi stacila ako priloha , tie feniklove one, ale Dobremu Manzelovi som urobila\u00a0 hranolky z jedneho zemiaka.<br \/>\nRobila som ich tak, ze som ocisteny zemiak pokrajala na tie hranolky, dala uvarit\u00a0 do slanej vody, tak , ze uz uz su hotove.
