Cibulu ocistime a pokrajame na kocky. Jablka ocistime od jadrincov, osupeme a nakrajame na tenke mesiaciky a tie este poprekrajujeme.<br \/>\nVo velkom kastrole rozohrejeme olej a vhodime tam bobkove listy, klinceky a nove korenie, minutu az dve miesame a pridame cibulu. Ked je cibula zlatava, tak do kastrola pridame kapustu.<br \/>\nKapustu posolime, trochu nechame odspodu prehriat a opatrne ju premiesame. Podlejeme asi 100 ml horucej vody a prikryjeme pokrievkou.
