Niekolkokrat mi ho bud zat Janko, alebo dcera Radka posielali na email a ja som o ten email niekolkokrat prisla. Nakoniec&#8230;.na zaciatku decembra som si ho ulozila do datoveho kufriku, do ktoreho vobec nechodievam a nehrozilo teda, zeby som ho v nejakom osiali vymazala. Lenze potom som ho zase nevedela najst&#8230;no jedna katastrofa. Cez dalsie uskalia, pri ktorych som si\u00a0 vcera pokecala s Martuskou Zamborovou, som konecne ten kolac konecne upiekla!!!!!! Napriek tomu, ze som na diete a uz som mala pri vcerajsom peceni,\u00a0 oblizovania sladkeho az nad hlavu&#8230;.pri sledovani futbalu som zjedla minimalne 4 kusy!!!!! A zmrzlinu!!!!!! to bola tak skvela kombinacia, ze sa to neda ani vypovedat.<\/p>\n<p>Kolac je skvely aj v tom, ze vlastne nahradza plnene perniky. A kedze je to medovnikove cesto, tak sa moze robit dlho pred vianocami&#8230;..spravne uskladneny,\u00a0 vydrzi aj 2 mesiace&#8230;&#8230;ak dovtedy vydrzi.<br \/>\nMartuska vdaka za to, ze si sa so mnou o recept podelila.<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\u010cas pr\u00edpravy\" alt=\"Cas pripravy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_priprava.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>\u010cas pr\u00edpravy:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov)\" alt=\"Pocet porcii (kusov)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_porce.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov):<\/strong>\u00a0 3 rolady o dlzke\u00a0 do cca 30 cm +-<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>Na cesto :<\/p>\n<p>600g hladka muka<br \/>\n250 g praskovy cukor<br \/>\n100 g maslo<br \/>\n4 plne PL med<br \/>\n4 cele vajcia + vajce na potretie<br \/>\n1 CL soda bikarbona<br \/>\n1 CL mleta skorica<br \/>\n1 CL rozdrvene klinceky<br \/>\nstruhana pomarancova kora<br \/>\nja som dala este lyzicu klasickeho pernikoveho korenia<\/p>\n<p>Na plnku :<br \/>\n300 g horka varova cokolada<br \/>\n300 vlaske orechy (nedrvene, nemlete, nestruhane!)<br \/>\n300 g hrozienka<br \/>\n300 g\u00a0 slivkovky lekvar<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Ja som cesto spracovavala v pekarni.\u00a0 Takze na spodok som dala vajcia,\u00a0 roztopeny horuci med a rozkrajane maslo, nakoniec vsetky sypke suroviny muka, cukor, soda bikarbona, pernikove korenie, ostatne koreniny (klinceky som drvila na prach v maziari) a struhanu pomarancovu koru.<br \/>\nPekaren mi cesto vymiesala, dala som ho do sacku a odlozila do druheho dna do chladnicky.<br \/>\nPokial nemate pekaren a verite viac svojim rukam, tak postupujte rovnako.<\/p>\n<p>Podrvte klinceky na prach, nastruhajte pomarancovu koru, roztopte\u00a0 med, rozkrajajte maslo (netopte ho).<br \/>\nNo a vypracujeme zo vsetkych surovin cesto, zabalime ho a do druheho dna dame do chladnicky.<br \/>\nNa druhy den si spracujeme prisady na plnku.<br \/>\nVarovu cokoladu nahrubo posekame&#8230;.ja som ju sekala v robote. Orechy nechavame v celku. Na tuto prilezitost som si nalozila hrozienka do rumu a ako som ich nalozila, tak v tu ranu som na ne zabudla a statocne som pouzila uplne obyc hrozienka. Takze mojim hrozienkam v rume je nadalej dobre tam kde su.<\/p>\n<p>Cesto rozdelime na tri diely a rozvalkame a kazdy diel rozvalkame na obdlznik . Cesto by malo byt hrube tak pol cm.<br \/>\nMozeme to cesto rozdelit aj na dve casti, ale kedze som robila prvykrat, tak som sa riadila radou kucharky, ktora uz robila tento zavin xkrat a pravdepodobne vedela co robi, ked kazala na tri casti.<\/p>\n<p>Doporucujem bud si cesto podsypat, alebo valkat na folii, aby sa Vam dobre dalo zdvihnut a rolovat. Konce a spoj uzatvorime prstami a prelozime na plech, vystlaty papierom na pecenie.<br \/>\nJa mam plech velky, tak som dala vsetky 3 vedla seba, ale potom som trpla, pretoze to cesto *rastlo* do sirky a veru sa aj rolady spojili, ale po vychladnuti sa dali pohodlne rozpojit. Je to moja skusenost, Vy urobte ako myslite.<br \/>\nPred pecenim rolady potrieme rozslahanym vajcom&#8230;ja vajce vzdy riedim vodou, pretoze take neriedene mi vyrazne hnedne a potom vyzera pecivo ako zhorene.<br \/>\nNo a rolady popicame dokladne vidlickou&#8230;.rolady maju tendencie roztrhnut sa, takze popichame dokladne a dodrzujeme tu pol cm hrubku pri valkani.<br \/>\nDame piect do super vyhriatej rury na 5 minut, potom stiahneme na nejakych 180, alebo 200 a pecieme dalsich 45 minut.<br \/>\nHned na zaciatku mi jedna rolada praskla&#8230;.uz som sa videla, ze ako cele to pecenie musim jest potajomky, lebo na ukazovanie to nebude.
