A napriek tomu, ze som ho robila z polovicnej davky,\u00a0 uvedenej v <a href=\"http:\/\/foodmag.pl\/przepis\/bigos-staropolski-z-kiszonej-kapusty\/\" target=\"_blank\">tomto recepte <\/a>, ho je za plny velky hrniec. Takze tradicny polsky bigos, budu jest na Stary Rok aj moji tradicni dedinsky 80 rocni slovenski rodicia. Robila som ho druhykrat v zivote, nepamatam si, ako a podla coho som robila ten prvy. Pridala som k nej nastruhanu cerstvu hlavkovu kapustu a na kocky nakrajanu mrkvu. O tej mrkve som mala svoje pochybnosti, dokonca som si aj dala vyguglit obrazky marchewky, ci je to ozaj mrkva, ale je to ozaj mrkva..takze som tam dala aj tu mrkvu.<br \/>\nHuby som nenamacala , lebo mi to prislo zbytocne, aj tak sa isli varit dve hodiny. Pocas toho ako sa nam vari kapusta, tak sa nam dusi aj maso.<br \/>\nPo tych dvoch hodinach, vsetko vypneme a vylozime na balkon, kto nema balkon, poradi si ako vie.<br \/>\nKdesi som citala v niektorych receptoch, ze kapusta\u00a0 spravneho\u00a0 bigosa\u00a0 ma v prvy den zamrznut. Tak som dufala, ze bude mrznut a mrzlo. Lenze ja mam balkon preskleny, takze tam bola nula a lad sa neutvoril :D, ale bigosov zaklad bol teda dokladne\u00a0 ztuhnuty, ako sa patri.<br \/>\nTolko k prvemu dnu, do ktoreho som vtesnala aj den druhy.<br \/>\nAk by ste mali vari\u0165 star\u00fdm postupom, tak v jeden de\u0148 t\u00fa kapustu a druh\u00fd de\u0148 m\u00e4so.<br \/>\nDnes som do kapustoveho zakladu presunula vsetko maso a naviac som tam vliala cervene vino, pridala slivky a polamanu klobasu, pisalo sice, ze klobasa ma byt na kolieska, ale som sa rozhodla, ze nasa bude na 4 cm kusky.<br \/>\nVarila som dalsie dve hodiny.<br \/>\nNa lyzici masti som dokladne rozprazila, na kocky nakrajanu, udenu slaninu a na slanine som restovala nasekanu cibulu. Vsetko som vliala do bigosu, priliala som este trochu horucej vody a nechala prevriet na jednu bublinu.<br \/>\nVypla som a odlozila znovu na balkon odlezat do zajtra.<br \/>\nDobry Manzel tvrdi, ze tam ma byt viacej tekutiny, ale som mu vitazoslavne ukazala vsetky vuguglene fotky roznych bigosov a tie veru boli take ako ten moj&#8230;.teda ziadna podoba nasej kapustnice, vsetko riadne huste.<br \/>\nTolko k nasmu slovenskemu silvestrovskemu bigosu&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tak nebudete verit, ale v nasej irecito slovensko-ceskej domacnosti budeme mat na Silvestra miesto kapustnice, polsky bigos.
