Den pred varenim ju namocime a na druhy den ju uvarime spolu s 2 bobkovymi listami, 5 rozdrvenymi klincekmi a kuskom skoricoveho drievka. Ked je fazula uz skoro makka, tak ju aj osolime. Po uvareni fazulu scedime, ale nechame si cca 100ml vody v ktorej sa varila.<br \/>\nParadajky na minutu ponorime do vriacej vody, olupeme ich, zbavime ich mokreho stredu so semienkami a nakrajame na kocky.<br \/>\nOcistenu cibulu , mrkvu, stopkaty zeler a oravsku slaninu nakrajame na kocky a 2 struciky cesnaku na platky. Stiplavu papricku nakrajame na pruzky.<br \/>\nV hrnci rozohrejeme olej a rozprazime na nom slaninu.<br \/>\nPridame do hrnca cibulu a nechame ju restovat do svetlozlata.<br \/>\nVhodime stiplavu papricku, mrkvu, zeler a cesnak, vsetko dobre premiesame. Zasypeme koreninami (koriander, rimska rasca, mlete korenie, cervena paprika, mleta skorica) a posolime. Vhodime pokrajane paradajky, premiesame, podlejeme trochou horucej vody a nechame dusit asi 10 minut pod pokrievkou.<br \/>\nPridame paradajkovu stavu, ak je to velmi huste, pridame aj trochu horucej vody.<br \/>\nNechame znovu dusit na miernom zdroji tepla pod pokrievkou asi 15 minut.<br \/>\nPo tomto case dame do hrnca fazulu (aj s nalevom, resp. ostatkom vody v kt. sa varila) a kukuricu.<br \/>\nPretlacime do polievky zvysny cesnak.<br \/>\nNechame vsetko prevriet a hned vypneme. Podla chuti este dochutime solou, tabaskom, mletym korenim.
