Kvoli cestu som sa potulala po roznych blogoch&#8230;na hodinu som sa prilepila u <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pekarnomanie.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ivi<\/a>,ale nakoniec som si vybrala tento od Eriky. Eriku som uz raz spominala a pripomeniem, ze je uzasna <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pekarnomanie.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\">pernikarka, tortarka a kraslickarka<\/a>. No a samozrejme nielen to, vie piect, varit a vsetko na co si spomeniete. No&#8230;neviem, ci vie sit a strikovat \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Nie som s nou tak casto, ako by som chcela. Kym bola v Nemecku tak sme sa rozpravali denne\u00a0 a raz mesacne som za nou zasla do Freisingu. Ako sa odstahovali na Slovensko, sme sa navzajom stratili a nas konktakt je viacmenej socialnosietovy, ale verim, ze pokial by sme sa stretli, tak naviazeme tam, kde sme boli.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\u010cas pr\u00edpravy\" alt=\"Cas pripravy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_priprava.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>\u010cas pr\u00edpravy:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov)\" alt=\"Pocet porcii (kusov)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_porce.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov):<\/strong>\u00a0 6 velkych kusov<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>250 g hladka muka<br \/>\n1 zltok<br \/>\n1 velka PL med (tu som znacne zosentimentalnela, pretoze aj ten med som mala od eriky&#8230;este od nemeckych vciel)<br \/>\n1 PL roztopene maslo<br \/>\ncitronova kora<br \/>\n150 ml mlieko<br \/>\n1 kavova lyzicka susene drozdie\u00a0 (ak pouzijete cerstve tak\u00a0 slabsia stvrtina kocky)<br \/>\nrozslahane vajicko na potretie<br \/>\nnepomlety mak na posypanie<br \/>\nTvarohova napln :<br \/>\n250 g tvaroh rajo vo vanicke<br \/>\n1velke jablko<br \/>\n3 velke PL praskovy cukor (upravte si podla svojej chuti na sladke)<br \/>\n3 PL hrozienka namocene v rume<br \/>\n1 CL mleta skorica<\/p>\n<p>Erikin povodny recept na 12 kusov je takyto<\/p>\n<p>300ml mlieka<br \/>\n2 zltka (zloutky)<br \/>\n2-3 PL medu<br \/>\n2 PL tuku (maslo, hera)<br \/>\nvanilkova aroma<br \/>\ncitronova kora<br \/>\n400g hladkej muky<br \/>\n100g hladkej spaldovej muky<br \/>\n1\/3 kocky drozdia<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Povodne som chcela urobit cesto v pekarni, ale ked som nakladla vsetko do nadoby a zapla ju&#8230;.nic&#8230;.ani nou nehlo. Takze som vsetko prehodila do misy a vypracovala som cesto.\u00a0 Mala som asi male zltko, pretoze som doliala trochu mlieka.<br \/>\nSpracovala som nahrubo cesto, tak aby som uplne vsetko dala do jednoliatej hmoty. Nechala som podkysnut nejaku polhodinu, aby mi cesto povolilo a az vtedy som ho dokladne vymiesila. Vypracovane cesto bolo nadherne&#8230;nelepive, pruzne a hladke.<br \/>\nKyslo mi asi hodinu.<br \/>\nKym kyslo, tak som si pripravla napln<br \/>\nDo tvarohu som na velkej slzicke nastruhala ocistene jablko. Pridala vala som cukor, dovtedy, kym som neuznala, ze nam to bude tak vyhovovat. Zamiesala som skoricu a hrozienka.<br \/>\nVykysnute cesto prelozime na dosku.<br \/>\nJa na drevenu dosku kladiem silikonovu podlozku&#8230;je nelepiva a podsypavam minimalne. Ak ste museli podsypavat, tak doporucujem davat menej naplne, aby ste uzatvorili cesto na vacsej ploche. Nechame uplne vychladnut.<br \/>\nKed som ich davala dolu z plechu, tak ma prekvapilo,ze boli lepkave, ked vychladli, tak to uz nebolo take viditelne, ale za tepla, teda lepili&#8230;.Som to konzultovala s mojim pekarenskym guru Ivou a skusenejsimi pekarkami&#8230;Jarka poznamenala, ze som dala mozno vela medu. Ja som to potom vyhodnotila tak, ze z dvoch lupaciek mi z nejakej trhliny zacala vytekat jablkova stava a ta karamelizovala. Mozno tie vypary v rure zo stavy, niektore tie lupacky, zmenili na lepkave.\u00a0 +<\/p>\n<p>Kedze budem\u00a0 erikine lupacky opakovat,\u00a0 ked budem znovu davat tuto jablkovo tvarohovu napln, skusim to jablko nakrajat na malicke kocky&#8230;miesto struhania.<\/p>\n<p>No&#8230;boli fajne&#8230;.jednu som dala do mraznicky,\u00a0 v pondelok bude mat<br \/>\nDobry Manzel dobrotku na\u00a0 ranajku v praci.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspiraciu som nasla u Nigusi, uchvatila ma ta plnka.
