Morcaci prsny filet nahusto, nahusto\u00a0 naspikujeme. Kus alobalu vytrieme olejom a polozime nan naspikovane maso&#8230;.vydatne posypeme vsetkymi koreninami a solou. Rukami dobre rozotrieme po celej ploche masa. Nakoniec vsetko potrieme jogurtom , zo vsetkych stran. Nariedime si podla toho, kolko chceme omacky. Ak dame vody viac, tak pridajte aj muku.<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, vypneme a nechame trosku postat&#8230;cca 10 minut.<br \/>\nPo 10 minutach ochutname a dochutime, ja pecienku , hned po uvareni, dochutit skratka neviem. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Prsia nakrajame na filetky.
