Odmieriame 1,5 nasobne mnozstvo vody, dame do nej lyzicku soli a nechame zovriet. Vriacou zalejeme pohanku a obkrutime hrniec uterakom, alebo ho vlozime do perin. Nechame vodu uplne vsiaknut asi na 30 minut.<br \/>\nV kastrole rozohrejme dve lyzice oleja a poprazime nasekanu cervenu cibulu. Pridame nakrajane ciste zampiony, stopkaty zeler, nasekanu chilli papricku. Posolime, pridame cumin, pomarancovu koru a pasirovane paradajky.<br \/>\nVsetko premiesame a nechame podusit, asi 10 minut.<br \/>\nNa zaver do zampionov prelisujeme cesnak, pridame olivy a nasekany tymian.<br \/>\nPridame pohanku, vsetko premiesame ochutime este podla seba.<br \/>\nZapekaciu nadobu vytrieme maslom a vysypeme struhankou, prelozime zmes a dame zapiect do vyhriatej rury.
