Salotku dierkovanou naberackou vyberieme a polozime na tanier.<br \/>\nDo vypeku pokladieme zampiony&#8230;.ak ho je malo, tak pridame trochu masla. Zampiony opecieme z obidvoch stran a vyberieme ich dierovanou naberackou a polozime k salotke.<br \/>\nDo panvice pridame znovu maslo, rozohrejeme a pecienky vedla seba ukladame na dno pekaca tak, aby sa neprekryvali. Opekame dobre z obidvoch stran,kym nie su hotove&#8230;.pozor frkaju na vsetky strany. Pecienky vyberieme a polozime na tanier.<br \/>\nNa taniery vsetko posolime a pomelieme na to cerstve cierne korenie.<br \/>\nDo panvice pridame znovu maslo a vhodime lyzicku muky, premiesame, pridame horcicu a zalejeme vyvarom, nechame prevriet, dolejeme vino . Miesame aby vznikla hladka omacka. Dochutime vinom a nakoniec smotanou, premiesame , prevrieme.
