Nakoniec som odkukala jedine zdobenie&#8230;aspon som sa teda on pokusila :D. Tieto okruhle kysnute kolace s tvarohom sa volaju v Selciach tvarozniky&#8230;.a bezpochyby aj inde na Slovensku. Akurat v Selciach sa zdobia len hrozienkami. Tieto kombinacie\u00a0 tvarohu s inymi naplnami su skor ceskou specialitou.<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\u010cas pr\u00edpravy\" alt=\"Cas pripravy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_priprava.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>\u010cas pr\u00edpravy:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov)\" alt=\"Pocet porcii (kusov)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_porce.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov):<\/strong>\u00a0 2\u00a0 okruhle kolace<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>Cesto :<\/p>\n<p>Kvasok<\/p>\n<p>1 kopcovita cajova lyzicka susene drozdie<br \/>\n125 ml tepla voda<br \/>\n25g krystal cukor<br \/>\n5 PL olej<\/p>\n<p>Na cesto :<\/p>\n<p>280 g hladka muka<br \/>\nkvasok (vid vyssie)<br \/>\n2 zltka<br \/>\n50g roztopene maslo<\/p>\n<p>Napln tvarohova :<\/p>\n<p>500 g hladky tvaroh (ja som pouzila nizkotucny v okruhlej vanicke kupeny v Tescu a bol vyrobeny v CZ)<br \/>\n40 g maslo<br \/>\ncitronova kora<br \/>\n100 g praskovy cukor<br \/>\nvanilkova prichut<br \/>\n1 CL kuchynsky skrob (maizena, solamil, gustin a pod)<\/p>\n<p>(nabuduce si prepocitam napln na 750 g tvarohu, ale v zasade Vam by tych 500 g mohlo statit)<\/p>\n<p>Napln slivkovo-makova :<\/p>\n<p>50 g jemne mlety mak + horuca voda dobrych 50 ml (+ -)<br \/>\n2 balicky vanilinovy cukor<br \/>\n1 CL rum<br \/>\n170 g slivkovy lekvar<br \/>\n1\/2 CL kychynsky skrob<\/p>\n<p>Na dozdobenie hrozienka, mandlove lupienky<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Pripravime si kvasok a nechame ho postat 10 minut.<br \/>\nMedzitym si do nadoby na miesanie navazime hladku muku, nakyprime ju a klepneme k nej 2 zltka.<br \/>\nPridame pripraveny kvasok a vymiesime hladke cesto.<br \/>\nCesto je mastnejsie, ako klasicke.<br \/>\nDame ho do uzatvorenej nadoby kysnut, moje vykyslo asi po 60 minutach.<br \/>\nKym cesto kysne pripravime si naplne.<br \/>\nNapln som si upravila podla nasej chuti&#8230;tvarohova je mozno sladsia ako zvycajne a vonia po vanilke. No a makova napln, je skor slivkovy lekvar zahusteny makom. Niekto ma radsej vela maku a ten je zvlhceny slivkovym lekvarom \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nMaslo, ktore ide do tvarohu necham uplne povolit.<br \/>\nDo tvarohu dam maslo, citronovu koru, cukor (mozete si ubrat) a par kvapiek vanilkovej prichute&#8230;ja sa nehanbim dat celu ampulku.<br \/>\nVsetko vymiesame do hladka.<br \/>\nDo maku vylejem vriacu vodu&#8230;urcite menej ako 100 ml&#8230;kontrolujte si to postupnym lievanim<br \/>\nPridame vanilinovy cukor, rum a slivkovy lekvar. Vymiesame.<br \/>\nHotova napln nesmie tiect.<\/p>\n<p>Vykysnute cesto rozdelime na dve casti.
