Cibulu s cesnakom naplatkujeme. Dumbier nasekame a papriku pokrajame na velmi malicke kocky, naozaj velmi male. Stiplavu papriku nakrajame na pruzky.<br \/>\nOcistene maso, nakrajame na hranolky.<\/p>\n<p>Vo woku (samozrejme ak nemate, tak v oblubenej rajnici) rozohrejme 3 lyzice oleja<\/p>\n<p>Na olej vhodime rimsku rascu, koriander, mlete korenie a za staleho miesania orestujeme, kym koreniny nezavonaju. Podlejeme trochou horucej vody a nechame vytvorit kasicku.<br \/>\nPridame cibulu, cesnak a stiplavu papriku, porestujeme.<br \/>\nNakoniec vhodime nasekany dumbier a cervenu papriku, znovu podlejeme horucou vodou.<br \/>\nPridame maso, premiesame a dochutime sojovou omackou, osolime, pridame stavu z pol limety a dolejeme pasirovane paradajky.<br \/>\nVsetko premiesame a dame dusit.<br \/>\nMrkvu ocistime a nakrajame na velmi tenke kolieska. Ja som ich nakrajala na uhorkovom struhadle.<br \/>\nZampiky nakrajame na stvrtky.<br \/>\nKed je maso makke pridame k nemu hrasok, zampiky a mrkvu.<br \/>\nPridame stavu z druhej casti limety, trosku cukru, a kokosove mlieko&#8230;.ak treba tak este dolejeme horucou vodou. Nechame vriet max 10 minut.
