Bolo treba upiect nieco&#8230;a\u00a0 zistila som, ze nemam vonkoncom ziadnu hladku muku. Rychla porada s mojim <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pekarnomanie.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\">pekarenskym guru<\/a> priniesla vysledok, ze zenske pecu pecivo aj z polohrubej, je sice trochu drobivejsie, ale na rychle jedenie su vynikajuce.\u00a0 Nasla som si celkom <a href=\"http:\/\/daninakuhinja.blogspot.de\/2015\/02\/kiflice-gusenice.html\" target=\"_blank\">fajn recept<\/a>, cely som si ho poupravovala a sla do toho. Tak viete co som urobila? Ja som isla do extremu&#8230;.ani len tu polohrubu som nedala, ale som rovno nasypala hrubu!!!!! A nasypala som ju uz do pekarenskej nadoby, kde boli na dne mokre suroviny a tak som ju ani nemohla vymenit. Tak som cast odobrala a nahradila som ju aspon celozrnnou\u00a0 hladkou psenicnou. Vsetko premiesame, kym sa drozdie nerozpusti.<br \/>\nDo nadoby dame drozdove mlieko, zltok, jogurt a olej. Nasypeme muku, pridame sol a zapneme program cesto.<br \/>\nNemusela som ani dolievat tekutinu, ani dosypat muku&#8230;.vsetko bolo akuratne.<br \/>\nPokial by som robila cesto v rukach, tak by som postupovala asi rovnako, akurat by som do mlieka s drozdim, nasypala este lyzicku muky a nechala postat 15 minut.<br \/>\nPri rucnom miesani mam skusenost, ze musim dodavat tekutinu, takze si to urcite sami.<br \/>\nCesto je stredne huste,\u00a0 nelepive a makke.<br \/>\nPekaren spokojne nahrieva nadobu a tak cesto krasne kysne, Vy si musite vypracovane cesto dat do nadoby, poriadne ho prikryt aby povrch neoschol a dat kysnut na teple miesto.<br \/>\nPri takomto kysnuti to trva minimalne hodinu, niekedy aj viac.<br \/>\nVykysnute cesto prepracujeme a rozdelime na 8 rovnakych dielov&#8230;.., nevadilo by ani na 10.<br \/>\nGulku rozvalkame na tenko,\u00a0 do tucnejsieho ovalu, v prvej tretine urobime viacere\u00a0 pozdlzne\u00a0 zarezy smerom do stredu. Strazte si to podla svojej rury.<br \/>\nRozky su lahucke a hned ako som mohla,\u00a0 som ho nakrajala na kolieska, v ocakavani co stane.<br \/>\nNestalo sa nic&#8230;.vzhladom na to, ze rozky u nas putuju vzdy do mraznicky a kazde rano vytahujem podla potreby, aby som mala vzdy cerstve, tak ani nezistim, ake budu na druhy den.
