Nohy som si nezodrala, ale v 3 obchodoch som\u00a0 veru bola (mal ho Turek v ovozele). Bulgur som nepoznala a v\u00f4bec som nevedela \u010do m\u00e1m od neho o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165. A nakoniec som zistila, \u017ee je to nie\u010do podobn\u00e9 ako ja\u010dmenn\u00e9 kr\u00fapy, po selecky ger\u0161\u0148a. Kr\u00fapy s\u00fa ja\u010dmenn\u00e9 a bulgur z tvrdej p\u0161enice. A jeho uvarenie trv\u00e1 omnoho krat\u0161ie, ako tie kr\u00fapy. No a k jedlu&#8230;.priloha skvela, omacka skvela&#8230;vsetko bolo skvele, do momentu, kym som tam nedala rybu. Ludia, ja neviem, preco ja tie ryby vobec nemozem. Na 1 diel bulguru , pouzijeme\u00a0 2 diely vody.<br \/>\nNa troske rozohriateho oleja, bulgur porestujeme, pridame do neho preplachnute hrozienka, kllinceky,\u00a0 trosku skorice, sol a ustricovu omacku.<br \/>\nVsetko premiesame a zalejeme vodou. Privedieme do varu a nechame prebublavat pod pokrievkou 10 minut. Potom odstavime , zabalime do utierky a prirkyjeme vankusom. Nechame dojst.<br \/>\nPokial budete robit krupy, tak tie by som len varila vo vyvare, treba na to viac casu.
