Moje prv\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00e9 koleno s om\u00e1\u010dkou, ma priviedlo do \u00fa\u017easu.<br \/>\nPe\u010den\u00fd brav\u010dov\u00fd b\u00f4\u010dik s chrumkavou ko\u017eou, sme doma robievali, ale v\u00f4bec nie takto. M\u00e4so dobre posypeme drvenou rascou, su\u0161en\u00fdmi bylinkami a so\u013eou. Do pek\u00e1\u010dika\u00a0 vlo\u017e\u00edme aj v\u0161etko z panvice, vr\u00e1tane vody, v ktorej sa varilo m\u00e4so.<br \/>\nPek\u00e1\u010d utesnime alobalom a vlo\u017e\u00edme do r\u00fary.<br \/>\nPo vlo\u017een\u00ed pek\u00e1\u010da do r\u00fary, napust\u00edme do hrn\u010deka \u010dist\u00fa vodu a vsypeme ly\u017ei\u010dku soli. Tento hrn\u010dek odlo\u017e\u00edme do chladni\u010dky.<br \/>\nM\u00e4so pe\u010dieme hodinu a potom ho skontrolujeme, \u010di je u\u017e m\u00e4kk\u00e9. Ak nie, tak pe\u010dieme pod alobalom \u010falej.<br \/>\nKe\u010f je m\u00e4kk\u00e9, alobal odstr\u00e1nime a zapek\u00e1me do fin\u00e1lnej podoby.<br \/>\nKe\u010f je m\u00e4so m\u00e4kk\u00e9, k\u00f4ra chrumkav\u00e1 a \u010derven\u00e1, vyberieme z chladni\u010dky slan\u00fa vodu a tak ako je, polejeme cel\u00fd povrch m\u00e4sa.<br \/>\nZv\u00fd\u0161ime v\u00fdkon r\u00fary na maximum\u00a0 a nech\u00e1me 5 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nR\u00faru vypneme a m\u00e4so vyberieme.<br \/>\nJa neviem pre\u010do sa to polieva tou \u013eadovou slanou vodou, mo\u017eno to m\u00e1 uzatvori\u0165 to m\u00e4so, .<br \/>\nRobia to v\u0161etky bavorsk\u00e9 tetky, tak h\u00e1dam vedia \u010do robia.<br \/>\nM\u00e4so prelo\u017e\u00edme a do hrnca zlejeme cez sito stavu.<br \/>\nDo poh\u00e1ra vody roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me\u00a0 plytk\u00fa ly\u017eicu hladkej muky , prid\u00e1me do om\u00e1\u010dky a nech\u00e1me prevrie\u0165.
