A vzdy ked ich robim tak si spomeniem, aka som bola hlupa, ked ako mlada gazdina, som ich kupovala v obchode , ako mrazeny polotovar.\u00a0 Niezeby som bola vtedy leniva&#8230;ja som ich jednoducho nevedela robit. Mala som doma dve kucharske knihy a v jednej bol recept\u00a0 zly (Radka v skolkarskej satni, plnej mamiciek , mi jasnym hlaskom povedala&#8230;*aka skoda maminka, ze si to cesto na buchty musela vyhodit). A v druhej boli gulky zo zemiakoveho cesta. Moja mamicka sladke jedla nevarila&#8230;mali sme vzdy plnu chladnicku zakuskov, takze to bolo celkom pochopitelne, naviac ocko nemal sladke jedla rad. Ja som mala dzem s kuskami ovocia, takze som omacku preliala cez sitko. Osobne by nam to nevadilo, ale som chcela aby to na fotke vyzeralo pekne. Vy si urobte tiez ako chcete.<br \/>\nPo presitovani som vliala naspat do kastrolika a v ostatnej vode som dobre rozslahala skrobovy prasok. Vlejeme k omacke a nechame prevriet.<br \/>\nJa som mala omacku dostatocne vyraznu, nepotrebovala som uz nicim dochucovat&#8230;teraz ma napadlo, zeby nebolo marne, pre dospelych zamiesat trochu vonaveho alkoholu.<br \/>\nNa suchej panvici oprazime nejakych 6 PL struhanky. Kto chce moze aj roztopenym maslom, ale pride mi to uz zbytocne.<br \/>\nPokial mate knedliciek vela.. dobre ich take neochutene, osuste a zabalte do sacku.
