DM to potom skorigoval, tak, ze nie&#8230;jemu chuti chilli v akejkolvek podobe.Povodne som ako prilohu , chcela urobit pecenu kvaku, ale musela som uz konecne minut ten velky sladky zemiak, ktory som dosledne ignorovala..A faktom je, ze ziaden juho a stredoamerican pravdepodobne kvaku nepozna&#8230;nevie o co prisiel&#8230;.(ano , ta kvaka mi uz lezie na mozog). Urcite si sami ake mnozstvo doma znesiete, ale pamatajte, ze spravne chilli musi palit.<br \/>\nKoriandrovu kyticku ocistime od poskodenych casti a skrajame stonky na male kusky. Musi byt lupana&#8230;.je jedno ci cervena, alebo zlta, ale rozhodne nie klasicka , z ktorej varievame polievku.<br \/>\nPridame lyzicu paradajkoveho pretlaku a konzervu krajanych paradajkovych kuskov. Mozeme pridat aj par ceresnovych paradajok.<br \/>\nPridame sol, koriandrovy prasok, koriandrove nasekane stonky, rimsku rascu (kumin), mletu papriku. Vsetko premiesame a zalejeme 150 ml mnozstvom vody.<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, stisime zdroj tepla, dame pod pokrievku a varime kym nie je sosovica uplne makka . (cca 25 minut)<br \/>\nCervenu hrubostennu papriku zbavime jadier a nakrajame ju na velmi tenke pruzky a tie na kocky. Vhodime ich do chilli.<br \/>\nTeraz do chilli pridame dve fazulove konzervy&#8230;bez tekutiny. Ak mate tekutiny malo, tak\u00a0 prilejte s fazuloveho nalevu.<br \/>\nEste pridame limetovu stavu.<br \/>\nVsetko nechame prevriet na jednu bublinu a vypeneme. Ak treba, tak si este dochutte koreninami a solou.<br \/>\nHotove chilli je huste a mokrej konzistencie.
