Niektore boli ozaj podarene&#8230;respektive nepodarene \ud83d\ude00\u00a0\u00a0 Tento styl receptu, ja osobne, tiez povazujem za experiment v mojom vareni.\u00a0 Keby mi niekto pred 5 rokmi povedal, ze budem podavat vyprazane rezne s omackou, tak by som sa prezehnala a zaprisahala sa, ze tuto kombinaciu jedia a varia len blazni.\u00a0 Potom som\u00a0 uvarila <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=3362\" target=\"_blank\">toto jedlo <\/a>a vyborne sme si pochutili. A tak som dnes skusila takto&#8230;a zda sa, ze DM bol maximalne spokojny&#8230;zjedol vsetko do uplnej , uplnej omrvinky. Mne osobne viac chutili tie cervene&#8230;ale vedela som, ze DM bude asi radsej tymto citronovym. Limetovu koru zmiesame zo struhankou.<br \/>\nMaso pretiahneme vajecnou zmesou a obalime v struhanke.<br \/>\nRozohrejeme olej a vyprazame odokryte\u00a0 do zlata.\u00a0 Otocime na druhu stranu, znizime zdroj tepla na minimum, prikryjeme pokrievkou a dovyprazame . Ja tuto cast robim pomerne dlho&#8230;aj 20 minut.<br \/>\nV kastroliku rozohrejeme maslo a oprazime na nom muku. Zalejeme trochou vody, preslahame a dolejeme sladku smotanu. Privedieme k varu a stale preslahavame do hladka. Pridame limetove kolieska, salviu. Mne ostala vajecna zmes z obalovania, tak som tam dala aj tu&#8230;Ak Vam nic neostalo, tak pridajte pol lyzicky horcice. Neustale som preslahavala.<br \/>\nCitronovu omacku nechame trosku prebublavat a vypneme.\u00a0 Kolieska vyberieme a pridame cestvo mlete korenie.<br \/>\nHotova omacka je krasne hladka, primeranej hustoty a vyraznej limetovej chuti a vone.<br \/>\nUvarime si vhodne cestoviny.<br \/>\nNa tanier naskladame kusky reznov, cestoviny a prelejeme omackou.
