A ja varim velmi rada.\u00a0 A samozrejme velmi rada jem&#8230;..bohuzial, btw pri tejto prilezitosti, Vam oznamujem, ze som uz dala dolu z tej mojej morbidnej nadvahy 40 kil!!!!! Som sa vcera odvazila a milo ma to potesilo. Pre tych co ma nepoznaju&#8230;.nedeste sa, uz vyzeram lepsie, ale radsej si ma nepredstavujte ako som vyzerala pred dvoma rokmi. Raz ked sa odhodlam, tak sem vlozim fotky Pred a PO. Ale to este potrva . Moj ciel som zatial dosiahla a je na case prijat dalsi. Nuz ale naspat k receptu. Zelena spargla je pre mna naozaj kralovska zelenina&#8230;.milujem ju a ked sa chcem naozaj odmenit, tak si kupim tuto co dnes. Je to mladucka spargla, tenucka, bez znamky vlakien, je skvela&#8230;.az na tu cenu. Takze ano, dnes som sa odmenila za ten vahovy ubytok. To iste aj s hraskom. V Nemecku je mrazeny hrasok, naozaj mlady a sladky&#8230;.ten staci len preliat horucou vodou na sitku a mozem jest&#8230;.chuti tak , ako keby som ho prave vylupla zo struku. nedavno som kupila mrazeny hrasok na Slovensku&#8230;.no velke velke sklamanie&#8230;.mozno som mala smolu&#8230;ale musela som ho varit v polievke, tak dlho ako zemiaky, sla som z toho do kolien a sladky veru tiez nebol. Spenatove listy oplachneme na sitku,\u00a0 pod tecucou studenou vodou, len ho otrasieme od najvacsej vody a vhodime na panvicu.<br \/>\nToto som uz raz pisala&#8230;.nezalezi, ako vela ho budete mat&#8230;vzdy ho bude malo. Po polminutovom orestovani Vam z neho ostane len zlomok :D. Krehkym baby listom staci naozaj len pol minutu.
