Vsetky tieto mudre zeny z rodu Dobreho Manzela, si odovzdavali tento recept a vsetky deti, vnucata, pravnucata ich zato milovali. Mna zatial kvoli nemu,\u00a0 miluje len DM, lebo som ich robila dnes prvykrat.\u00a0 Ked som ich ochutnala, tak mi chutou, strasne pripominaju nase slovenske makove opekance. No ale nie su to opekance&#8230;ale robia sa podobne.<br \/>\nPecinky SA u nas v Jihlave, nerobia tak casto, ako by SA chcelo, pretoze su dost pracne. (som si ista, ze kazdy *SA* sa v tejto vete nasiel :D. Dostat recept na pecinky od mojej Dobrej Svokry som nedokazala\u00a0 , pretoze ona , ako kazda skusena gazdina na svete, vari asi tymto sposobom&#8230;..*no urobis si cesto, ako na zemiakove knedliky, ale redsie, potom ich sparis, potom presypes makom a hotovo. A bola som takpovediac v prdeli&#8230;..co znamena\u00a0 *redsie*,\u00a0 ako ich mam sparit a tam nejde cukor? A tak mi ich robila pred ocami a boli bajecne, aj ked sa v ten den , Dobra Svokra necitila v najoptimalnejsej, zivotnej kondicii. Nic nevazila..akurat mi vsetko ukazala&#8230;.*aha..tolko zemiakov som dala uvarit&#8230;.(nahla hrniec s krumplami),\u00a0 aha ake cesto som urobila (strcila som prst do cesta), jaj zabudla som odmerat kolko asi mlieka tam treba, jaj zabudla som ako dlho sa to pecie, ale asi takto to ma vyzerat.<br \/>\nKym som to mala v cerstvej pamati, tak som ich chcela co najskor urobit, ale aj tak som jej dnes telefonovala, aby som sa v niecom uistila. Zlejeme ich a akonahle ich udrzite v ruke, tak ich osupte a nastruhajte na jemnej slzicke.<br \/>\nZemiaky posypeme susenym drozdim. Tu musim\u00a0\u00a0 podotknut, ze som prerusila ciaru&#8230;.babicky pouzivali cerstve drozdie \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nPridame vajce,\u00a0 premiesame a posypeme troskou soli. Zacneme dosypat muku.<br \/>\nVymiesame zemiakove cesto. Akyna dava na kilo zemiakov 1 vajce, takze pri dvojnasobnom mnozstve surovin, by som muku nezdvojila ale sypala podla potreby.<br \/>\nS cestom sa nehrajte, cim viac ho budete miesat, tym viac Vam bude rednut. Musi to byt raz dva.<br \/>\nCesto vlozime do misy a dame na 15 minut na teple miesto.<\/p>\n<p>Prelozime cesto na dosku a snazime sa ho rozvalkat\u00a0 tak na 1 cm hrubku.
