Do horucej zeleniny dam kusocek masla a nechame pod pokrievkou, nech sa roztopi.<br \/>\nPopucime a snazime sa vypracovat kasu. Mozete pouzit trosku nizkotucneho mlieka, ale kvaka je sladkasta a mlieko by tu slaskastost zvyraznil.<br \/>\nJa som vypracovala tu kasu so zachytenou vodu.<br \/>\nZase aby ste si nemysleli, ze je to nejako sladke&#8230;urcite je dusena mrkva sladsia, ako varena kvaka.<br \/>\nDnes som sa naozaj vynikajuce najedla&#8230;.mala som udusene kuracie stehno + tuto prilohu a az mam vycitky svedomia, ze som na obed mala tolko malo kJ.
