V celom rozpise bolo pisane, ze potrebujeme 1 vajce. Pri priprave cesta, kazalo dat cele vajce. Cesto bol strasne riedke, musela som dosypat muku&#8230;a netusim kolko to bolo gramov naviac.<br \/>\nKed som isla robit bielkovu polevu, tak som nahle nemala na nu bielok.\u00a0 Som si teda popremyslala, ze do cesta mal ist len zltok a chybne uviedli, ze cele vajce. Vychadzala som z toho, ze do takychto keksov sa dava\u00a0 vacsinou len zltok, tak som tak upravila aj moj rozpis receptu a pridala o nieco viac muky, ako udavali oni.<br \/>\nNo a co sa tyka noziciek&#8230;tak v recepte davali skoricove drievka..tie tvrde&#8230;.no uznajte&#8230;co s tym&#8230;jest sa to neda, lame sa to tazko &#8230;tak som to zamenila za cokoladove tycinky.<br \/>\nNo a podme robit cesto.<br \/>\nNa pracovnu dosku presitujeme hladku muku. Do muky vklepneme zltok , pridame rozkrajane maslo, praskovy cukor a skoricovy prasok. Vsetko rychle vymiesame. Cesto je urcite redsie ako linecke, ale ak sa Vam to naozaj nezda, tak po lyziciach este pridavajte muku a zapracujte.<br \/>\nDame ho do folie a nechame v chlade odpocinut 30 minut.<br \/>\nMedzitym si osupte , ak nemate&#8230;..mandle. Mandle vhodte do vriacej vody, nechajte ich v tej vode minutku a prelejte na sitko. Oplachnite studenou vodou a koza Vam bez problemov pojde dolu.<br \/>\nVyberieme cesto.\u00a0 Aj ked je redsie, ako tie vianocne, ked si ho podsypete mukou da sa pohodlne vyvalkat.<br \/>\nVyvalkame ho na 5 az 6 mm hrubku. Z tohoto mnozstva cesta malo vyjst 8 oveciek, ja som ich urobila bistubohu 12. Ale neuvadzali aku velku formu pouzili, takze mozno je tam pes zakopany.<br \/>\nJa som vykrojila 12 velkych koliesok o priemere 7 cm.<br \/>\nKolieska som hned prekladala na plech s papierom na pecenie.<br \/>\nPotom som vykrojila 12 malych koliesok o priemere 3 cm.<br \/>\nMale kolieska naaranzujeme na velke koliesko, akoze hlavka. Piekla som 10 minut a potom som este pridala dve minuty. Vy si to strazte podla svojej rury.<br \/>\nKeksy nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nJa som kupila na nozky take cokoladove tycinky&#8230;je to cista cokolada, ale keby mali nejake trubicky s coko polevou, tak by boli tiez dobre. Nalamala som ich na dlzku nozok, zobrala zapalovac a na sekundu som nahriala tycinku&#8230;cokolada povolila a krasne sa prilepila na keks. Takto som prilepila aj dve usi, co mi odpadli..sekundu som zapalovacom nahriala tycinku, obtrela povolenu coko o mandlu a ta sa krasne prilepila. Nesmierne rychla a cista zalezitost boli tieto nohy. \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nUrobime si polevu. Bielok vymiesame do hladka s praskovym cukrom a dame par kvapiek citronovej stavy. Poleva by mala byt naozaj husta. Ja som to robila prvykrat a dohresila som sa ako pohan, pretoze ked som zacala dubkovat kozusok, tak sa mi vsetko zacalo zlievat&#8230;.no a ked som pridala este cukor, aby som to dohustila, mala som tej polevy strasne velke mnozstvo. Asi ma vsetky skusene gazdinky prizabiju, ale netusila som, co mam s nou robit, tak som ju vyhodila :\/ A spinava a lepkava som bola uplne vsade.<br \/>\nEste ma napadlo, ze skuste si dat na polevu len pol bielka a 200g praskoveho cukru + tie kvapky citr. stavy&#8230;dopisem to aj do rozpisu surovin.<br \/>\nPolevu naberieme do sacku s velmi tenkou spickou, sadneme si, vezmeme do ruky polotovar a dubkujeme a dubkujeme.<br \/>\nEste dokreslime oci, usta, nos a nechame vsetko uschnut.<br \/>\nJednu ovku sme zarezali na obetny oltar, aby sme vedeli ako chuti&#8230;.keks je makky, vobec nie krehky a krasne vonavy po skorici.
