Ja to nedokazem a tak je mojou pracou sledovat vsetko, co sa tyka receptov. Varila som podla roznych casopisov, kucharskych knih, blogeriek a zositov v supliku. Poznate to, niekedy je zdroj spolahlivy a niekedy je to absolutna katastrofa. V tomto smere mam otrasnu skusenost s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.sk\/search?q=sladk%C3%A9+pe%C4%8Denie+ottova+kuch%C3%A1rka&amp;tbm=isch&amp;tbo=u&amp;source=univ&amp;sa=X&amp;ei=Q-QmVdbkMYOpsgHAyIAw&amp;ved=0CD8QsAQ&amp;biw=1280&amp;bih=876\" target=\"_blank\">touto kucharskou knihou <\/a>a niektore neoverene casopisy ma tiez dostali. Dnes som napriklad piekla druhy krat dunajske vlny s ananasom a kokosovym mliekom. Prvykrat sa mi nepodarili vizualne a chut si uz celkom nepamatm. Tak dnes som ich upiekla znovu&#8230;vizualny vysledok&#8230;na jednotku, ale recept som skryla, pretoze sa bojim, zeby to niekto upiekol a sklamala jeho doveru, chut ma teda neoslovila absolutne&#8230;ani Dobreho Manzela ani brata, ani Dobru Svagrinu a Dorku boli usko a vtedy sa len lezka a nic nepapa&#8230;..tak co s takym receptom ked 2 x sklamal .sliepky sa isto zajtra potesia z krasneho nechutneho zakusku.<br \/>\nNa druhej strane su uz zdroje, ktore mam overene, ze tie recepty su bezchybne, gramaze sedia, z dvoch receptov nie je spleteny jeden, su uvadzane spravne postupy a podobne. Pri tychto zdrojoch, ak nieco zmrvim, tak je to pozitivne moja vina. Jednym z takychto zdrojov je slovensky casopis Dobre jedlo. Dnes uz tak casto z neho nevarim, jeho nezakuskova cast je pre mna prilis jednotvarna, respektive nejako v nej uz nenachadzam tolko inovacie ako kedysi. Co sa tyka zakuskov, tak to je vec ina, tam si veru rada polistujem a ako nahradne riesenie, ked uz tie dunajske vlny nevysli&#8230;..ma oslovila <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pluska.sk\/dobre-jedlo\/mucniky\/gastanova-rolada.html\" target=\"_blank\">gastanova rolada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\u010cas pr\u00edpravy\" alt=\"Cas pripravy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_priprava.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>\u010cas pr\u00edpravy:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov)\" alt=\"Pocet porcii (kusov)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_porce.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov):<\/strong>\u00a0 1 mensia rolada cca 15 az 20 platkov (podla ich hrubky<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pluska.sk\/dobre-jedlo\/mucniky\/gastanova-rolada.html\" target=\"_blank\">Povodny recept<\/a> som si upravila pre nase potreby a urobila v nom nejake zmeny takto<\/p>\n<p>Korpus :<\/p>\n<p>50 g polohruba muka<br \/>\n2 PL s malym kopcekom kakao (cca 25 g)<br \/>\n3 vajcia M<br \/>\n70 g cukor<br \/>\n2 PL olej<\/p>\n<p>Krem svetly :<br \/>\n150 ml mlieko<br \/>\n1 velka lyzica cukor<br \/>\n1\/2 balika vanilkovy praskovy puding<br \/>\n75 g gastanove pyre<br \/>\n125 g maslo<br \/>\n50 g praskovy cukor<\/p>\n<p>Krem tmavsi :<br \/>\n125 g gastanove pyre<br \/>\n100 g\u00a0 svetly krem<br \/>\n1 PL rum<\/p>\n<p>Tmava gastanova pasta na posyp:<br \/>\n50 g gastanove pyre<br \/>\n25 g horka cokolada<br \/>\n1 CL rumu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Z mlieka , cukru a pudingoveho prasku ( krem svetly), uvarime husty puding , prikryjeme ho foliou a nechame ho vychladnut.<br \/>\nVyslahame si korpus.<br \/>\nOddelime zltky od bielkov. Bielka s postupnym pridavanim cukru vyslahame do pevneho snehu.<br \/>\nZapracujeme do neho zltky a pridame skyprenu muku a kakao. Vsetko premiesame a nakonec pridame olej.<br \/>\nMensi plech pokvapkame olejom , rozotrieme ho rukou a polozime nan papier na pecenie. Masu rozotrieme asi v 1 cm hrubke.<br \/>\nDame piect do vyhriatej rury na 190 stupnov a pecieme cca 10 minut.<br \/>\nUpeceny korpus vytiahneme, nechame mierne vychladnut a spolu s papierom ho zvinieme do rolady.<br \/>\nIdeme si pripravit kremy.<br \/>\nSvetly krem.<br \/>\nPovolene maslo vyslahame s cukrom a zaslahavame k nemu vychladnuty puding. Nakoniec zaslahame gastanovu pastu<br \/>\nTmavsi krem.<br \/>\nKu 125 g gastanoveho pyre pridame 100 g svetleho kremu a 1 PL rumu. Preslahame.<br \/>\nGastanova pasta na posyp.<br \/>\nKu 50 g gastanoveho pyre na malej slzicke nastruhame\u00a0 horku cokoladu a pridame 1 cl rumu.
