Zmiesame rozpuceny cesnak so solou a este posekame. Do misy dame steak, pridame cesnak so solou, zastriekame stavou z polovice limety a polejeme olejom. Nakoniec hojne zasypeme cerstvo mletym korenim. Ona paradajky, cesnak a papricky najprv nasucho opecie.<br \/>\nTakze najprv rozpalime panvicu s hrubym dnom a poukladame na nu vsetku paradajky, papricky a cesnak v celku\u00a0 a neosupanu. Mala som problem s paradajkami, mali velmi tenku supku a hned praskali, takze mi zacali vytekat. Skusila som potom ceresnove paradajky a s tymi to islo lepsie.<br \/>\nOpecieme zo vsetkych stran, tak by vznikali hnede flaky&#8230;tie daju tej salse, taky udeny smak.<br \/>\nPozor pri otacani, zelenina je fakt horuca.<br \/>\nOpecene paradajky, cesnak a papricky nechame uplne vychladnut.<\/p>\n<p>Po vychladnuti, paradajky a\u00a0 papricky nesupeme, ale ich pokrajame a este potlacime vidlickou. Cesnak osupeme a rozotrieme\u00a0 k paradajkam. Moje jalapeno, boli velkym sklamanim.\u00a0 Absolutne nepalili, ale vonkoncom , salsa, ktora nepali, nie je salsa, ale paradajkovy salat!!. Tie jarne cibulky som mala doma, tak som ich urobila, ale keby som ich nemala, tak by som ich nerobila, toto je nieco take naviac a nemusi tam byt.<br \/>\nPanvicu s hrubym dnom rozohrejeme do zerava.<br \/>\nNamarinovany steak polozime do panvice a opekame z kazdej strane po 2 minuty.<br \/>\nU stejkov, je to vseljake, zalezi z akej casti kravy ho mate, aky je vyzrety, akej je strukruty etc etc. U nas sa jedava radsej krvavy, ako prepeceny a aj tie dve minuty boli vela..na druhej strane stacilo , ak by som ho piekla minutu a pol.\u00a0 Nastastie bol krehky a stavnaty, takze sa mi to dnes prepacilo.<br \/>\nOpeceny steak odlozime na dosku a cibulky namocime do marinady, ktora nam ostala po marinovani masa. Hned otocime a ked zmaknu a prehreju sa, vyberieme ich a poukladame ich vedla seba v tvare misticiek, aby sa opierali jedna o druhu..Druha moznost, ako nalozit s malymi plackami je ta, ze ich rozlozime do mikrotenoveho sacku, vzdusne ich uzatvorime a ohrejeme v mikrovlnke.
