Ocakavala som od neho asi nieco ine, ale v zasade som mu rada, pretoze doplna moj zeleny system stravovania.\u00a0 Este pred dvoma rokmi, ked uz jeho boom valcoval Slovensko, som ho v Mnichove skoro vobec nevidela&#8230;.mozno 2x u Turka v ovozele. No a tento rok,\u00a0 uz na mna vyskakuje aj z toho najmensieho kramu, do ktoreho som vosla. Toto ja na nemeckom trhu ohromne obdivujem, ako sa vie rychle adapatovat na potreby. Ano , na Slovensku som s nim nemala problemy, ale vzdy mi ho niekto natrhal a dal&#8230;v obchode som ho veru nevidela&#8230;ale mozno som ho nehladala, pretoze som nemusela.\u00a0 Keby som si mala vybrat medzi baby spenatom a medvedom, tak by som asi vzala ten spenat. Zapla som program cesto. Pocas miesana som este prisypala dve lyzice muky.<br \/>\nPokial budete zarabat cesto rucne, tak postupujte uplne bezne ako zvyknete pri kysnutom ceste.<br \/>\nHotove cesto je makke a pruzne.<\/p>\n<p>Cesto , po vykysnuti,\u00a0 zdvojnasobi svoj objem&#8230;.pri beznom kysnuti v mise,\u00a0 by som to videla tak na hodinu.<br \/>\nVykysnute cesto prelozime na dosku&#8230;.podsypeme mukou, ale davajme pozor, aby sa muka nedostala do stredu cesta.<br \/>\nCesto roztiahneme na doske do tvaru obdlznika, islo mi to aj bez valku. Cesto sa nevracalo do stredu a velmi fajne sa s nim pracovalo.<br \/>\nMedvediemu cesnaku odrezeme stopky az ku listkom a tie nakrajame na pruzky.<br \/>\nBylinky rozlozime po ceste, tak centimeter od okrajov.
