Na druhy den ho uvarime v neslanej vode a scedime.<br \/>\nUvarime si ryzu.<br \/>\nNa oleji spenime vsetky vonave koreniny. Pridame jemne kruzky ocistenej salotky , hrozienka a poprazime.<br \/>\nPridame premytu ryzu a poriadne ju oprazime. Zalejeme 1.5 nasobnym mnozstvom vody, privedieme k varu a pod pokrievkou dusime, kym sa nevyvari vsetka voda.<br \/>\nHrniec zabalime do cistej utierky a polozime ju do perin a nechame dojst, kym nebudeme podavat jedlo.<br \/>\nMandle osupeme , osusime. V hrnceku rozohrejeme olej a oprazime na nom mandle (alebo kesu orechy). Vyberieme ich\u00a0 v momente ked zacnu zlataviet na pijavy papier a nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nA ideme uvarit kari.<br \/>\nCibulu a cesnak ocistime. 1 strucik dame bokom a vsetko ostatne nasekame na jemno.<br \/>\nNa oleji spenime koriander, kumin a garam masalu, pridame palivu papricku a nasekanu cibulu s cesnakom.<br \/>\nVsetko poprazime a pridame uvareny cicer. Znovu premiesame a zalejeme kokosovym mliekom<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, pridame prerezane ceresnove paradajky a pasirovane paradajky.<br \/>\nStisime zdroj trepla, prikryjeme pokrievkou a varime, kym sa stava nezacne redukovat.<br \/>\nOmacka niezeby hustla, skor akokeby vysychala.
