Ked som doma na Slovensku, tak mi pribudne naviac praca s krajanim peciva, takze&#8230;no..nech nejem&#8230;na stole je do 35 minut. Dobry Manzel sa ho nevie dojest . V mlieku rozslahame vajicka a pofrkame nim pecivo. Mozete kludne pouzit aj vysusene kolieska peciva. Viac o bavorskych knedliach pisem priamo v recepte na ne a je tam aj podrobna fotodoku&#8230;ak chcete preskocte si <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=4782\" target=\"_blank\">pocitat aj sem <\/a><br \/>\nCibulu a cesnak ocistime a nasekame na jemno.<br \/>\nNa panvici rozohrejeme maslo a oprazime cibulu s cesnakom do sklovita. Vypneme a nechame uplne vychladnut.<br \/>\nPetrzlenovu vnat nasekame a vsypeme k pecivu<br \/>\nK pecivu prelozime cibulku s maslovym vypekom.<br \/>\nOsolime, okorenime a poriadne vymiesame. Zmes mam dostatocne hustu a vlhku. Nepotrebujem ju ani zahustovat ani nariedovat. Zdroj tepla vypneme a nechame ich v takej horucej vode, dalsich 10 minut.<br \/>\nKnedle podberakom vyberieme.<br \/>\nDo smotanovej omacky, mozete dat hocijaku rychlu zeleninu, ja som dala\u00a0 bielu mladu sparglu, sampinony a hrasok. V Bavorsku sparglu miluju a a hubovu smotanovu omacku najdete na jedalnom listku aj v tej najposlednejsej knajpe, tak som ich nakombinovala dokopy&#8230;hrasok miluje Dobry Manzel&#8230;tak preto aj hrasok.<br \/>\nSparglu olupeme, odstranime poskodene a zdrevnatene casti a nakrajame ju na 4 cm kusky.<br \/>\nHuby naplatkujeme a cistu salotku nakrajame na tenucke kolieska.<br \/>\nV kastrole rozohrejeme maslo a vhodime na nu sparglu a mrazeny hrasok. Podusime 6 minut a pridame naplatkovane huby. Podusime 2 minuty a vhodime kolieska salotky. Vsetko premiesame, posolime, pokorenime, pridame mletu rascu, posypeme hladkou mukou a zalejeme smotanou. Nechame vsetko prevriet na 1 bublinu.
