Posypeme koreninami a hladkou m\u00fakou.\u00a0 Nebojme sa posypa\u0165 viac , ako si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee by sta\u010dilo.<\/p>\n<p>Rukou to pekne v\u0161etko u\u0165apk\u00e1me. Ja som si zobrala obraca\u010dku , podobrala hranol\u010deky v\u0161etky naraz a prehodila ich na druh\u00fa stranu a zopakovala v\u0161etko znovu &#8211;\u00a0 korenenie , om\u00fakovanie a u\u0165apkanie.<br \/>\nRozohrejeme olej a maslo a pre\u0161upneme\u00a0 hranol\u010deky m\u00e4sa.<br \/>\nOpe\u010dieme dobre zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n. Alebo si uvarte tak ako V\u00e1m chutia&#8230;u n\u00e1s b\u00fdvaj\u00fa cestoviny v\u017edy al dente. Rad\u0161ej tvrd\u0161ie, ako rozvaren\u00e9.<br \/>\nKorenenie a solenie som mala dostato\u010dn\u00e9 a nemusela som dochucova\u0165. Vytiahla som vetvi\u010dku z tymianu, posypala bylinkami a pod\u00e1vala.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhy de\u0148 mi ostalo e\u0161te trosku m\u00e4ska a dostatok \u0161\u0165avy.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u010f by som musela dov\u00e1ra\u0165 cestovinu, alebo nejak\u00fa in\u00fa pr\u00edlohu.<br \/>\nBolo by to ale tak\u00e9, no, toho m\u00e4sa bolo naozaj m\u00e1lo, len ve\u013ea om\u00e1\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Na oleji som popra\u017eila nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a na ve\u013ekej slzi\u010dke nastr\u00fahan\u00fa mrkvu.<br \/>\nPridala som ry\u017eu , premie\u0161ala a vhodila e\u0161te hrs\u0165 mrazen\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u0161ku.<br \/>\nPodlejeme dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fdm mno\u017estvom vody, prid\u00e1me so\u013e a norm\u00e1lne udusime ako oby\u010dajn\u00fa ry\u017eu.<br \/>\nM\u00e4so som prekrojila ly\u017eicou na men\u0161ie k\u00fasky, ry\u017eu som vmie\u0161ala k m\u00e4su, pridala naviac, na ve\u013emi jemne nasekan\u00fa \u010derven\u00fa Cibulu a petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165.<br \/>\nVymie\u0161ala som a mala som kr\u00e1sne slovensk\u00e9 rizoto, ako v\u00fd\u0161ite.<br \/>\nAk m\u00e1me tak posypeme nastr\u00fahan\u00fdm syrom.<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee to nebolo klasick\u00e9 talianske risotto, tak som sa neb\u00e1la posypa\u0165 norm\u00e1lnym slovensk\u00fdm str\u00fahan\u00fdm o\u0161tiepkom.<br \/>\nAkur\u00e1t som ho zabudla odfoti\u0165 a vlo\u017eila rovno do \u0161katu\u013eky pre Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela, do pr\u00e1ce na obed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pozn\u00e1te to, m\u00e1te pred sebou m\u00e4so a v\u00f4bec neviete \u010do s nim .
