Pracne som zhanala koreniny a prisady, pretoze okrem umelej sojovej omacky od Vitany\u00a0 v obchodoch nemali fakt nic a kazda cina na taniery chutila za badianovymi hviezdickami .No &#8230;.to uz je pravdou , starou 25 rokov.\u00a0 V behu casu som presla nejakym vyvojom a cinu povazujem za jedlo, ked potrebujem nieco rychle na tanier a mam malo masa. \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nAko sme prisli do Mnichova, prepadli sme skor inidickej kuchyni a tak tato &#8230;azijska &#8211; sikmooka,\u00a0 je skor vynimkou, ako pravidlom. Ale zase, ked ju obcas zvrtnem, tak si vzdy pochutime.<br \/>\nPred niekolkymi rokmi dostal\u00a0 Dobry Manzel,od Dobrej Svagrinej,\u00a0 na nejaky sviatok , zbierku azijskych receptov z kniznice sefkuchara a skoro vsetky recepty som aj vyskusala. Prave vcera som ich pozerala na topreceptoch a maju priserne fotky z mojich zaciatkov a tak som zacala tie recepty recyklovat. Cibulu pozivajte len cervenu, alebo salotku, alebo bielu. Nasu klasicku zltu, slovensku, stiplavu&#8230;.tak tu nedavajte.<br \/>\nMrkvu krajame na tenke zapalky.<br \/>\nDumbier na pruzky.<br \/>\nOlej vo woku (alebo hrnci s tazkym dnom) rozohrejeme uplne na plno. Posolime a prazime 15 minut za staleho miesania.<br \/>\nZmiesame pomarancovu stavu, cukor, nesladke sherry (alebo nesladke portske), cukor, prelisovany cesnak a pretlak.<br \/>\nNechame prevriet&#8230;mala som to dost suche,\u00a0 kedze sa vsetko prazilo a stava sa vzdy vydusila, tak som v malom hrnceku rozmiesala v horucej vode skrob a vliala k masu.<br \/>\nNechame prejst varom a vypneme. Ochutname a podla seba este dochutime.
