Ak by som mala varit dlhsie, ako polhodinu tak by som ozaj niekde tam na zem zalomila. Vcera som pisala o <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=4826\" target=\"_blank\">reminiscencii cinskych receptov v mojom vareni<\/a> a tak som\u00a0 dnes urobila dalsi. Strasne som sa potesila, ze som mala uplne vsetko a tuto hustu, osviezujucu polievku som bez dlhych reci mala hotovu do 20 minut. Strasne nam tam chutila polievka Soba&#8230;aleze velmi velmi.\u00a0 Davali nam ju vzdy s tymi porcelanovymi lyzicami&#8230;.take tie hrube s modrym ryzovym vzorom. Otrasne sa s nou jedlo&#8230;..a kedze sme tam chodievali ako na klavir, tak nas tam personal poznal a skamaratili sme sa. Ked sme stale nadavali na tie lyzice, tak hlavny casnik Uwe nam raz nepriniesol lyzice, ale nechal nam len palicky. Hladeli sme ako puci&#8230;.a on nam vysvetlil, ze v Azii jedavaju aj polievku palickami&#8230;..to huste normalne vyjedia a tekutinu vypiju. A odvtedy sme jedavali polievku palickami. Ci je to naozaj tak, to netusim&#8230;ale fakt je taky, ze sa nam ulavilo a tymi palickami sme tu polievku zjedli raz dva.<br \/>\nCo sa tyka tejto polievky, tak tu sme raz dva nezjedli&#8230;.otrasne rezance som pouzila&#8230;..otrasne&#8230;..sklene a ja blazon som ich este po uvareni\u00a0 nakrajala na kratsie. Ale len tie som mala doma&#8230;.takze ak mozem poradit&#8230;.tieto nie&#8230;strasne sa klzu a nemohli sme ich vobec palickami uchopit. Prestali sme robit formu a vytiahli sme nase obycajne priborove lyzice. Ale jedli sme tak, ze sme mali misku pod bradou, aby nam tie rezanky neutekali:D.<br \/>\nNo a podme konecne varit.<br \/>\nMrkvu, cesnak, zemiak a dumbier ocistime.<br \/>\nMrkvu nakrajame na zapalky,\u00a0 dumbier nasekame a zemiak na male kocky. Tu je to prvykrat, co mi chutil sladky zemiak, respektive nevadil mi. Stiplavu papricku nakrajame na pruzky.<br \/>\nVyvar privedieme k varu a zacneme do neho\u00a0 pridavat tamarindovu pastu, cili papricky, cesnak, dumbier, rybiu omacku, cukor.\u00a0 Zdroj tepla stisime a nechame prebublat 5 minut. Nechame vriet dalsich 5 minut.<br \/>\nPo 5 minutach stisime zdroj tepla a vhodime mrkvu,\u00a0 nakockany sladky zemiak a kukuricu.<\/p>\n<p>Primiesame nasekany koriander, ceresnove paradajky a rezance. Varime na slabom ohni este 5 min a vypneme.<br \/>\nPodla chuti este dosolime&#8230;.mne sa zdala malo kysla, tak som este pridala trochu tamarindu&#8230;a potom sa mi zdala zase malo kysla, tak som zase trosicku ocukrila&#8230;.a tak.
