Nieco ako nasa Velka Noc&#8230;.\u00a0 si myslim.<\/p>\n<p>Pecivo ma predstovat slnecny kotuc a sklada sa z 9 az 12 vrstiev&#8230;ked je to z 12 vrstiev, tak to predstavuje 12 mesiacov do roka. Povodny recept ma vrstiev 9&#8230;to netusim co znamena a moj ma vrstiev, prosim pekne 8. Cele pecivo je ladene do zlta&#8230;aj plnka, aj jeho celkovy vzhlad.\u00a0 Mne\u00a0 taky cerstvy chutil , ale Dobry Manzel , tomuto typu chleba neholduje. Nasypeme muku.<br \/>\nPridame lyzicku cukru a lyzicku soli. Zapneme program cesto.<br \/>\nPocas miesania som cesta kontrolovala a podla potreby som dosypala trochu muky a potom zase vodu.<br \/>\nCesto nie je velmi huste, musime mysliet na to, ze ho musime rozvalkat na velmi tenko a pri hustom ceste by to islo velmi tazko.<br \/>\nDokladne vykysnute cesto rozdelime na 9\u00a0 rovnakych gulocok&#8230;.moje cesto vazilo 800 gramov a tak som ho rozdelila na 8, lebo sa mi to dobre vazilo \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nPracovnu plochu si musime dobre rozvazit, pretoze na jednej casti budeme valkat a na druhej casti skladat cesto.<br \/>\nCesto som\u00a0 si pri valkani podsypavala trochou muky a valkala som do velmi tenka.<br \/>\n\/Najlepsie sa mi urobilo tak, ze som to cesto v rukach zdvihla a vo vzduchu sa mi prijemne natiahlo az do priesvitna.<br \/>\nHotovy plat cesta potrieme roztopenym maslom a prikryjeme dalsim platom rozvalkaneho cesta. A takto naskladame vsetky platy&#8230;ten posledny uz maslom nepotierame.<br \/>\n\/Naskladany plat rozdelime radielkom na cca 3 cm pasy. S cajom alebo polievkou budu skvele a dnes urobim zemiakovu.<br \/>\nPravdupovediac&#8230;.toto pecivo je pre mna trochu sklamanim a nie som si ista, ci ho budem opakovat..ta chut mi nesadla.
