Ale ako sa zda, tak by na tu 28 cm formu stacila prave ta mensia receptura s dvoma a nie troma vajciami, pretoze som musela cast cesta dat do mraznicky, lebo mi ho bolo vela a mala som malo lekvaru, aby som ho mohla spracovat na vacsi plech.<br \/>\nRobila som z trojvajcoveho cesta, ale ked budem robit nabuduce, tak si recept upravim na dve takto :<br \/>\n400 g hladka muka + muka na spracovanie cesta<br \/>\n200 g maslo<br \/>\n200 g praskovy cukor (podla druhu lekvaru , cukor uberiem a dam 120 g )<br \/>\n2 velke vajcia<br \/>\nstruhana kora z limety<br \/>\nstipka soli<br \/>\noblubeny lekvar , ja som pouzila cucoriedkovy a vysledny kolac bol dost sladky, keby som pouzila ribezlovy, tak by bolo 200 g cukru akurat.<br \/>\norechove jadra<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Cesto na tento kolac, niekto vola krehke, ale toto krehke cesto nie je. Spracujeme narychlo aby sa suroviny spojili a pastou vytvorime jamku. Vklepneme vajcia a vypracujeme makke cesto. Ak by sa Vam zdalo prilis suche, tak pridajte lyzicu vody a potom uz len po kvapkach.<br \/>\nCesto roztlapkame na sirku plytkeho taniera, zabalime do folie a nechame na polhodinu v chladnicke.<br \/>\nCesto mozeme pokojne vypracovat aj v mixeri, ktore potom dopracujeme rukami.<br \/>\nCo sa tyka toho cukru&#8230;.moj cucoriedkovy lekvar bol sladky + sladke cesto + zaverecene pocukrovanie&#8230;.no bolo to dost sladke a urcite nabuduce toho cukru uberiem, alebo minimalne nebudem cukrovat povrch.<br \/>\nCesto rozvalkame na hrubku 1 az 1,5 cm. Ja som si pred valkanim podsypala pracovnu dosku, a posypala som aj povrch&#8230;nie velmi, len som to tak poprasila. Ja som zabudla znizit teplotu a tak som po 30 minutach , musela kolac , uz znacne do hneda ,\u00a0 vybrat.
