Mamke s \u00faspechom vymenili bedrov\u00fd k\u013ab a my sme vyma\u013eovali v Selciach rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd dom&#8230;&#8230;.a st\u00e1le upratujeme, men\u00edme koberce, perieme a tak. Stihli sme s Dorkou \u017eal\u00fado\u010dn\u00fa vir\u00f3zu, p\u00e1r v\u00fdletov a medzit\u00fdm neust\u00e1le var\u00edm. S Dobrou \u0160vagrinou to m\u00e1me podelen\u00e9&#8230;ona rob\u00ed po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo a ja var\u00edm a pe\u010diem.\u00a0 A ked\u017ee var\u00edm niekomu in\u00e9mu ako Dobr\u00e9mu Man\u017eelovi, tak var\u00edm vskutku &#8222;exotick\u00e9 jedl\u00e1&#8220;, ktor\u00e9 som jak\u017eiv, nie\u017ee nevarila, ale ani nejedla.<br \/>\nNapr\u00edklad v sobotu&#8230;.DS objavila v sklen\u00edku vo\u0161ky&#8230;.s vo\u0161kami treba zhurta a tak si pripravila postrek a musela zlikvidova\u0165 \u0161al\u00e1t&#8230;..dobr\u00fdch,\u00a0 zdrav\u00fdch 15 hl\u00e1vok , \u013eadov\u00e9ho \u0161al\u00e1tu.<br \/>\nBo\u017ee, \u010do s n\u00edm.<br \/>\nDobr\u00fd Brat sa ohromne pote\u0161il&#8230;.bude \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e1 polievka!!!!!!!!\u00a0 Tak o tom som p\u00edsala&#8230;. ani nejedla, ani nevarila&#8230;a mamka po nark\u00f3ze. Tak som varila, ako vedela. Vraj dobr\u00e1, ale in\u00e1 &#8230;.., no\u00a0 \u010do ja viem pre\u010do bola\u00a0 in\u00e1&#8230;.ve\u010der, ke\u010f som pri\u0161la domov, som zap\u00e1trala a zistila som, \u017ee ja som ju uvarila so zemiakmi a tie tam nepatria&#8230;.no \u010do u\u017e. Ani vyfoti\u0165 som nestihla&#8230;.aj ke\u010f som si postup nap\u00edsala&#8230;.bohvie, \u010di ju e\u0161te niekedy uvar\u00edm.\u00a0 A pirohy s bryndzou&#8230;.bratova rodina sa ide za nimi zbl\u00e1zni\u0165&#8230;&#8230;..<br \/>\nNa sladko robievam&#8230;ale s bryndzou,\u00a0 ee. A tak som si poh\u013eadala recept&#8230;&#8230;na\u0161la som si jeden v zbierke receptov Soni Pilkovej : &#8222;Poklady Slovenskej kuchyne&#8220; regi\u00f3n Orava.<\/p>\n<p>Ako so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi rcp z neoveren\u00e9ho zdroja, aj s t\u00fdmto som mala probl\u00e9m.<br \/>\nV spi\u0161sk\u00fdch, ktor\u00fdmi sa internet hem\u017e\u00ed a koniec koncov aj v t\u00fdch mojich, \u010do robievam na sladko &#8211; tak tam ide na mno\u017estvo zemiakov skoro rovnak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo m\u00faky.<br \/>\nDo oravsk\u00fdch z tejto kuch\u00e1rky, veru nie .Tu v p\u00f4vodnom rcp p\u00edsalo, na kilo zemiakov 200g (!) m\u00faky. Pri\u0161lo mi to stra\u0161ne m\u00e1lo. Sypala som\u00a0 k\u00fdm som bola schopn\u00e1 urobi\u0165 cesto na vyva\u013ekanie. Neurobila som ho tak\u00e9 m\u00fa\u010dne, ako v t\u00fdch mojich na sladko,\u00a0 ale m\u00faky mi tieto skor\u00e9 zemiaky, pobrali teda viac. . Pirohy sa zjedli,\u00a0 Dobr\u00fd Brat aj na obed aj na ve\u010deru. Zmie\u0161ame do hladka. Bryndza sa mie\u0161a so zemiakom preto, aby sa pri varen\u00ed neroztopila. V \u010distej forme by V\u00e1m \u00faplne, ako keby vytiekla a v pirohu V\u00e1m ostane, akur\u00e1t t\u00e1 cibu\u013eka.<br \/>\nDo kila nastr\u00fahan\u00fdch zemiakov klepneme vajce.<br \/>\n\u010co sa t\u00fdka vajca, dozvedela som sa celkom zauj\u00edmav\u00fa radu&#8230;..1 vajce ide na ak\u00e9ko\u013evek mno\u017estvo zemiakov&#8230;..ak budete robi\u0165 z 300 g &#8230;..1 vajce, ak z 500g&#8230;.1 vajce, ak z kila&#8230;.1 vajce. T\u00fdm sa samozrejme men\u00ed aj nadriadenos\u0165 zemiakov a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom,\u00a0 samozrejme potrebujeme aj rozdielne mno\u017estv\u00e1 m\u00faky.<br \/>\nV tom spo\u010d\u00edva umenie zemiakov\u00e9ho\u00a0 cesta&#8230;vedie\u0165 kedy presta\u0165 sypa\u0165.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nNo umenie. Vlastne to v\u00f4bec nie je ni\u010d zlo\u017eit\u00e9, akur\u00e1t o tom tak zlo\u017eito p\u00ed\u0161em.\u00fa<br \/>\nTak\u017ee m\u00e1me zemiaky, vajce, so\u013e a vsypeme polohrub\u00fa m\u00faku. vypracujeme cesto a pracujeme naozaj r\u00fdchle, preto\u017ee zemiakov\u00e9 cesto redne a redne.<br \/>\nZ kila zemiakov je cesta dos\u0165, ja som si hmotu rozdelila na dve polovice a i\u0161lo mi to \u0161ikovnej\u0161ie.<br \/>\nCesto podsypeme a rozva\u013ek\u00e1me. Niekto rob\u00ed pirohy z kruhovej formy.
