Robila ho podobne ako je toto moje tu. Raz som nevedela pochopit, kde by polovnik zobral mrkvu, petrzlen, vino, paradajky a podobne. Neviem ci za polovnikmi chodi nasa selecka zahrada, kde rastu vsetky tieto veci&#8230;&#8230;vino, len ribezlove,\u00a0 hrozno co nam rastie na dvore sa na vino nehodi \ud83d\ude42 , inak si to vysvetlit neviem. Ja som nemala bulvovy zeler, len rapikaty, tak toho som dala 3 stopky. Ceresnove paradajky som nekrajala. Cibulu naopak nakrajame na hrube kusy.<br \/>\nKuracie nohy umyjeme, osusime. Ja som takto opekala cca 10 minut.<br \/>\nStehna vyberieme a odlozime na teple miesto.<br \/>\nDo vypeku nechame roztopit maslo a vlozime vsetku zeleninu, okrem mrazeneho hrasku. Zeleninu opekame nejakych 5 minut.<br \/>\nDo zeleniny vlejeme vino. Doporucujem len suche&#8230;.sladke radsej vynechajte a ked uz tak, skuste kysle biele vino.<br \/>\nNakoniec pridame lupane paradajky z plechovky. Ja som ho mala po polhodine uplne makucke a stavnate.<br \/>\nNa uplny zaver som vsypala mrazeny hrasok. Co sa tyka mrazeneho hrasku&#8230;..moja nemecka skusenost, je taka, ze ked hodim hrst hrasku do vriacej vody&#8230;mozem ju vypnut a on sam dojde. Ale slovenska skusenost bola taka, mrazeny hrasok som musela varit 20 minut&#8230;.stalo sa mi to asi 3x. Takze ako vhodite hrasok, tak si to uz striehnite podla neho. Ja som ho vhodila a rovno vsetko vypla.<br \/>\nEste som dosolila, a vhodila nasekanu petrzlenovu vnat.Zahradnicke kura mozete podavat s akoukolvek prilohou&#8230;fakt akoukolvek.
