Thajskym karim by som veru mojich rodicov nenachovala. Varit v tychto dnoch je priserna zalezitost&#8230;.vobec netusim, ako to robim, ze to vobec prezijem.\u00a0 Vcera sa uz muzska cast rodiny vzburila proti vsetkemu, co sa urodilo na zahrade. Odmietli cuketu na sladko, na slano, patizony, cviklove muffinky&#8230;jednoducho a skratka&#8230;.chceli tucne bravcove maso&#8230;.a tak som vybrala fasirku s privarkom. Fasirky na Slovensku robim velmi rada, pretoze mozem kupit fajne namlete maso&#8230;.prave take ake potrebujem. V Mnichove mozem z toho ich mleteho masa urobit tatarak&#8230;tak je to na jemno a z chudeho masa&#8230;co uz moze byt z takeho za fasirku a tak si ho tam meliem sama.<\/p>\n<p>Ked som minule varila tatkovi jeho oblubenu polievku, tak som si zauvazovala, ze dnes urobim jej hustejsiu verziu&#8230;zemiakovy privarok. Namojdusu sa mi podaril&#8230;.Dorka sa tak najedla, ze to nechapem&#8230;.Ona je fakt zvlastna&#8230;vcera na veceru som uvarila parky a nakrajala papriku, uhorky, ceresnove paradajky a roztekove kolieska. Jedine co ostalo na tanieriku boli tie parky&#8230;.komplet zeleninku popapkala..strasne som bola hrda na nu&#8230;No a dnes&#8230;ako sa na furmana patri..uplne plny hlboky tanier s ovalom fasirky a chlebikom. Nechame postat, aby sa pecivo, dokonale napilo.<br \/>\nZasypeme solou, korenim, paprikou a majorankou.
